Could not fault this, Ive travelled to many places worldwide and stayed in many places This is by far one of the best

Ashleigh our host was very accommodating; checked in all our needs and made us feel very welcome . The pics of this property are deceiving as it's so much more. Fabulous location , an absolute Gem. SO SORRY that I booked alternative accommodation for the rest of our stay as it would be too late to change. Will definately be back and spread the word about this perfect accommodation. Thank you

Absolutely disappointed i had to leave the place hours after i got there rooms were dirty towels were smelly pics are absolutely deceiving the lady was very rude not helpful at all i had to go book into another facility while she got dressed and left us at the establishment.

There was no stuff to assist and the room was not fully prepared when I arrived,I had to wait till the bedding was fully prepared...there was no towels or bathroom towels.The bed was uncomfortable due to the single beds being combined

Cleanliness. Besides the fact rooms aren't cleaned during your entire stay, there is dust everywhere, all the shelves. Room is missing essentials like kettle and coffee and shower soaps. The mansion is essentially 4* but it's being run like a hostel. In my room there was a bidet and there were brown splash marks all over the wall around the bidet. For real.

The place was filth dirty, worse in bathroom I had to wear sandals in order to take shower ,because u could see mould in the corners of shower and I was scared of getting fungal infection.The Kitchen was dirty the bin was full and we ended up having no place to discard our waste.Kindly employ cleaners who can take care of the rooms and offer room services. There was no soap.There is nothing uncomfortable like staying in a dirty place.The bed was uncomfortable please guys improve.

We had to ask for towels and when it did come both towels were not dry. They we actually wet. No toilet paper, we had to ask, we received two rolls which had very little paper on it. It was very cheap & not the best quality. We were actually afraid of using it. The bed sheets we not fresh, looked like it was not changed from the last booking. Ash trays on the balcony was full of cigarette butts. We did not spend the night, we ended up leaving about an hour later.

The crockery were dirty. There are not 3 plates or cups or cutlery that look the same. Looks neglected. The toaster, inside of the microwave stove and fridge had food spots on it which was not cleaned before I arrived. half used groceries from previous occupants were in the kitchen cupboards. The surfaces were dirty (despite the manager telling me she personally cleaned in before I arrived). The kettle has never been cleaned inside (with vinegar). Freezer had ice built up which was stained from food. The shower still had soap build up from previous occupants. The ceiling of the bathroom needed attention and paint. No toiletpaper after it is advertised on Booking.com that toiletpaper is supplied. It is a gas stove adn no where on the website is mentioned made of the gas stove. I arrived 18h00 and did not have machies or a lighter with me to light the stove and then the very defensive manager reminded me it is "self catering" implying I should have brought my own. The ashtry on the table outside my room was still filled with old sigarette buds from previous occupants. Mat in front of the shower and the bed linen was not clean. Curtains were not properly hung and missed quite a number of hooks. Dog feces was all over the little piece of lawn where one has to stand to overlook the ocean. Did not know where to step or tip toe between the feces. The manager promised to provide me with an invoice for the 2 out of 5 nights that I stayed at this filthy place, but until the time of this review, no invoice was received. Manager calculated the refund amount and then paid me too little which I had to ask for and she then settled in cash further. The best is the manager telling me if I do not write a good review, it will not affect their business as there are hundreds of good reviews for their place. All I can say is STAY AWAY.

That the manager of the facility offered immediately without hesitation to refund me before I decided to move out of the filthy unit.

There was nothing that didn't meet our expectations.
