Modern and clean. Uniquely decorated with attention to detail. Spacious rooms with excellent bedding. Staff, especially David and Chrisna, went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

What's not to like? The decor is stunning, the food was amazing, the staff were lovely, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The attention to detail was incredible. We felt like royalty. We actually booked our next stay as we were driving home. That's how much we loved it.

It would be lovely to have the option of a pot of tea with breakfast. Sadly, no tea pots were available. A selection of fruit with breakfast would be nice. In saying this, the breakfast meals prepared were delicious.

Amazing decor. Our stay at the hotel was an experience on it's own. We spent the last night of our stay in Clarens at 360 Country Hotel and wow - a masterpiece inside and out.

We loved that we had a coffee machine with pods in our room, plus REAL MILK in the fridge! However, although we didn't expect breakfast at all in the morning, my waffle wasn't 100% cooked but the egg and salmon was amazing. Everything else was PERFECTION!

Room was lovely. Linen was great quality and we really loved that they had multiple apps on the smart TV. The lounge area was also beautifully decorated! Staff were divine. All round, we had a lovely stay at the 360! :)

The hotel is only 3 months old. It was so beautiful, i would not hesitate in recommending it , attention to detail was AMAZING - staff could not have been more attentative or caring ,nothig was too much trouble- breakfast besides continental the hot breakfast was great and good value for money - hotel is not situated in the middle of the busy town but on the outskirts so away from the crowds but within easy walking distance // secure parking for vehicles - all round VERY SATISFIED

Feels like you’re at home with wonderful and welcoming staff. The interior decor is sensational, combining vintage and modern styles. The location guarantees scenic views and close proximity to the local commercial hub. Loved it and will definitely be returning.

I would have liked to have aircons int he rooms as well as some sort of vehicle shading.

The decorations were outstanding with a great deal of attention to detail. Everywhere you looked was a feast . The staff was very attentive .

This hotel is definitely from home to home feeling,, on arrival ,,very warm welcome from Hotel Manager , Meikie who personally took us on tour of our rooms and all the facilities available, cleanliness, quality of bedding, bathrooms and everything about this country style hotel is on another level of excellence, a lot of detail and emphasis to make customers happy and relaxed, this was definitely one of my best experiences both locally and international, highly recommend this hotel ,, well done to the team of 360 Country Hotel for achieving the quest for zero defect in all departments for tourists, Will definitely be coming up annually just for relaxation . The rooms don't have aircons and bathtubs, but that's forgivable given that everything else is excellent.

The modern farmhouse feel created by the architecture and decor is absolutely refreshing. The attitude of the management and staff makes gues feel welcome and valued.

Perhaps a bath in the bathroom instead of a shower?

The facility was an absolute stunner and must be one of the best (if not the best) in Clarens after only open for 3 months. The rooms are spacious, the decor superb and different! The owner and staff magic and super helpful! The on site manager, Meitjie, is a star and available for any questions, explanations and more....a super woman! The relaxation area is fantastic! Two BBQ areas for self use even more of a feature! The Chilli Traveler recommends the 360 Hotel for anybody that wants to be spoilt and enjoy luxury in a simple way!
