We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThe beds are old and uncomfortable.Couch is soo uncomfortable to sit on.Walls need repainting.Some rooms dont have globes that are working.There is a funny smell in the apartment that just doesnt go away despite opening the windows.Curtains needs to washed The oven glass is broken so we couldnt use the stove.A two plate stove was provided and its soo slow.

United Arab EmiratesThe electricity was cut off on the last day of our stay so we had to leave because they did not have facilities for such an emergency. The glass on the electric stove was broken which created a very dangerous hazard. The dstv was absolutely nonexistent so we had no television for our entire stay there. Within 2 days the WiFi was disconnected. Offering these facilities at your property and not having them when guests arrive is false advertising.
The location was good.

South AfricaThe unit was advertised with air-conditioning and WiFi. Their was only Fans no air-conditioning. They also advertised free WiFi but this was very limited and a big problem!..Had no bins in the bathrooms, cleaning materials needed replacing,kitchen needed side plates etc .washing line needs replacing. Also extra tag would be good for beach gate.

AustraliaThe oven was broken and replaced by a small electric stove that was about eye level and could not properly see food cooking., the WIFI was not connected for first 2 nights ,we were international travellers and was stuck without wifi to seek alternative accommodation til we had to use some friends internet. The WiFi worked for approx 30minuyes them asked us to insert payment for extra time. The 4 fans in the rooms were old and rusty , 1 did not work and another was faulty . The host was hard to get a hold of and had limited access to the cleaner on the property. The lounge suite was uncomfortable and hard on the back. Lights in one of the smaller room did not work , may have just been the globes. Overall the worst place I have stayed in 6 weeks of my holidays.
The front door , it was the quickest way out of here. The complex was safe though. We left after 2 nights of a intended four day stay
