40 on Aspen, is a very well run, home away from home. This place got it all. They ensure your comfort in time of load shedding as well as back up water, should the area run into trouble (which do not happen, although they thought about it) The premises are very safe in a security controlled area and the rooms offer all the comfort you will get at home. The beds are really comfortable and top notch cleanness all around the room and property. The area is very quiet which is fantastic if you need to catch up on a few e-mails. There is really nothing negative about this place.

Absolute nothing that I did not like! Everything is just perfect at all times.

The privacy, beautiful garden and surroundings, friendly host, value for money. Overall just an exceptional place to stay. Whenever I need accomodation in Centurion I do not even consider staying at any other place. I have stayed at 40 on Aspen about 6 times already. It is as good as home, if not better.

Everything was excellent! Nothing to improve.

The guesthouse is in a secured area, and all my safety expectations/requirements were met. The owner is professional, friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is immaculate and exceed all expectations : stylishly decorated, perfectly clean, beautiful kitchenette and serene view. Everything was explained when the booking was confirmed (e.g. regarding services, meals, procedures etc). Will highly recommend and definitely book again!

We got a warm welcome, we were shown around the property and our room, it was gorgeous, smelled lovely when walking in. It is a perfect stay when you need to be close to everything in Centurion without feeling like you're in town.

My partner and l had a beautiful stay. Matty gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. We loved the garden section and we decided to eat our dinner admiring it the day before checking out. Augustine was too amazing and super humble. We had a problem with the aircon and he went an extra mile to assist us and technicians were organised to fix it. We would highly recommended the place for some peaceful time out. Thank you for allowing us into your beautiful space.

On arrival I was met by an extremely friendly host named Augustine who collected my suitcase and took me through the property and my room. He provided me thorough details of all amenities and general information of my accommodation. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

There is nothing that I can find fault with. Everything was good.

Great location for my business meetings and close to all shops and restaurants. Host was very friendly and helpful when I arrived and made me feel welcome. The courtyard has a tranquil feeling to it with the fountain running and the seating around it. The room was equipped with everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I will book again on my next trip.
