We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaNo lights in the kitchen dinningroom area had to have supper in the dark. No smart TV like seriously which era you living in. Led light was not working even when charged. Toilet blocked downstairs. Wifi was not working. There was this very terrible smell coming from the freezer in the one corner. The couches need a deep clean. This was honestly the worse accommodation I've ever booked at settlers sands.
The view was great.

IrelandThe place looked like it had been robbed recently, the wifi did not work, we could not open the back door at all, there were dirty marks on almost all of the walls. The curtains were disgusting and did not block out any light. We could not sleep because of the sound of water from the bathroom. This was the worst stay I've ever had on Booking.com. I am incredibly disappointed!!! Our entire trip was ruined because of this place!!

South AfricaFirst of all, half the lights in this property do not work. The house had a very bad smell when we walked in like a Damp smell. My 1 year old was walking around with white socks. Within 1 hour, they were gone black with dirt like the house had never been moped in ages. The dishes were washed so poorly u could still see stains on the plates and Glasses. The whole house seems very dusty as if they never cleaned it after the previous guests had left.

South AfricaAcross the road from the unit was a public space which was occupied all day and into the night with loud music and noise with litter everywhere and the complex fence was used as a urinal.
The location and views seemed great because of the advert,. There was a water tank, so when water was cut, we were still able to shower.
