I'm just being petty now - but mattress in main bedroom too soft for my particular liking but not awful. Toilet paper not replaced. Only one set of keys provided and no lock-box to leave them. Not everyone comes and goes at the same time.

Location is absolutely first class. An easy walk to a good beach where you can hire umbrellas and chairs. The apartment, however, has a variety of umbrellas for use as well. We loved the outstanding sea view, almost 180 degs. The pool was also very welcome and was used every day. Across the road a little centre with a nice Checkers and some beach clothing shops. So handy for food items if not eating out. The apartment was well equipped with cooking utensils, also milk, coffee, tea. A daily cleaning service was also most appreciated. Will definitely be back.

None of the negative feedback takes away from the awesome time that we had at this amazing establishment Faulty bathroom doors in both bedrooms The advertised back up for loadshedding didn't work on our last night we were in the dark on Sunday evening and had to walk 5 flights of stairs but that was good exercise after coming from a tree trail adventure Pick up and drop keys in a different location from the accommodation and for some reason the GPS couldn't locate the place on our way out, thus delayed for 25 minutes but that's not the owner's fault. The email from the owner says key dropped at location except by arrangement, but she wouldn't accept any other arrangements Having booked more than 100 places on Booking.com this was a negative for me. I've never had to pick keys elsewhere. Pillows in the smaller bedroom were the most uncomfortable I've ever used and hard & I had to use the cushions in the lounge

The biggest compliment goes to Nicholas the very professional and helpful security guard on duty from 10-12 November during the day. He deserves a promotion Everything is as described in the description and as seen on the photos Very responsive host Location, location right at the beach Hearing the sound of the ocean 24 hours a day was so soothing Well equipped kitchen Super, Comfortable place Quiet and relaxing Shops and restaurants in walking distance My family loved it Gas Braai stand - Awesome We weren't affected by Load shedding till the last night Water, Tea, coffee, milk, vouchers, washing machine, dryer and all the bathroom essentials. We came with extra toilet paper based on the reviews but we had more than enough and didn't need to use ours Great security at the complex which is very important 2 covered car parks tho we only used 1

Cleaner comes at 9am every day, we wanted to have big lay ins on holiday, so it wasn't great and impacted our ability to relax.

Pool was busy being renovated, so was not available to use. This was not communicated. Have to bring your own beach towels, but this was mentioned to us once we had booked.

Very clean, lots of cupboard and storage space with a beautiful view. Great service from the host. Very secure, brilliant location and access to the beach. All self catering cleaning equipment, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc were provided. Even soaps, restaurant and spa vouchers, milk on arrival and tea/coffee/sugar/salt and pepper. Property cleaned by staff daily.

The apartment we stayed in had a washer and a dryer, which made it easy to do laundry whilst we where there. TV provided had the the full DSTV package to keep us entertained. The view from the balcony was nothing short of breathtaking.
