The food. The menu is set you are not given an option for lunch. You end up eating something you don’t like. We were served asian for lunch which is don’t enjoy

There is nothing we didn’t love.

Everything was absolutely amazing! From the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, to the delicious, high-end restaurant quality meals and beautiful, very design forward lodges. The safari outings were always full of surprises. It was made even better by our favourite expert - Ephram! Thank you 57 Waterberg for an unforgettable experience ♥️

Everything was absolutely incredible from the hotel itself, to the staff, to the food, to the drives and guide. This was our first safari and was an incredible experience as we saw so many animals. Will definitely be back!

The architecture and interior of the new-build chalets are without equal. Simply superb. Staff are friendly, food is outstanding and Stuart is an extraordinary manager. Warm and welcoming as well as efficient and utterly professional.

Jacuzzi at our room, no 6, was faulty. No bubbling. Otherwise all was excellent!

Food was excellent and very well presented. All staff from the reception, guiding, kitchen, and serving are extremely friendly and helpful. Better than any other lodge that we have visited. Game viewing was good with a well informed guide. Room staff do an excellent job and are always out of sight.

What an absolute pleasure it was to celebrate our anniversary at 57 Waterberg. The staff incredible are truly what make this lodge a gem, no request is too much to handle. They are so gracious and attentive, yet not on-top of you all the time. This gives you room to relax within a five star environment. The lodge is modern and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The food was spectacular, and they cater to whatever your requirements. Game drives are lead by rangers with a wealth of knowledge and a great attitude. This is definitely a place we want to tell everyone about, but also no one at all so that we can keep it as our little secret. We had the most amazing, relaxed time and can’t wait to return.

The lodge was amazing, the staff are all wonderful, friendly and attentive. The game drives were amazing and our guide William’s passion for nature and people was really impressive. The food was amazing, every meal serving something new, fresh and tasty. The lodge itself is beautiful with wonderful facilities and the beds are amazingly comfortable. We were on our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate which was so lovely.

The staff and their hospitality was an example of South Africans, very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation itself is exceptional with amazing views of both Sunrise and Sunset, the food and portions a true treat. Reuben was amazing, my sister wasn’t feeling well on the 1st night, he helped her so much that the following day she could enjoy herself, Ntate Ephraim very skilled and warm Guide, passionate about nature and the animals, he made us appreciate it even more. Kenneth always smiling and welcoming. Mellisa was amazing too, the Chef a true treat. Stewart was very attentive and checked in to ensure our comfort. It was an amazing experience a true full board.

Great restaurant. The chef came out every lunch and dinner to tell us what he'd prepared. The meals were outstanding, the staff were attentive.

Everything! The spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable room offered a perfect retreat. The amenities exceeded our expectations. Piet, Stuart, Chef Ash, and the entire staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making everyone feel like part of the family. The game drive was a highlight, allowing us to see the big five in their natural habitat. But what truly set this experience apart was the sight of elephants coming for a drink near the suites at different times of the day. The food was excellent! All the staff went out of their way to wish my partner a Happy birthday. The Birthday surprise set up in the room was exactly how I had imagined it, and they even added complimentary Bubbles (MCC) to help celebrate, which was great!
