The shared balcony with all the rooms were uncomfortable. Other guests were very loud and made a noise till midnight which made it difficult to get good sleep unfortunately.

Great location central and within walking distance to Camps Bay Main beach (even though it is a bit of a hill to walk going back). Great, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast!

The only issue I have is the warm breakfast was the same everyday. There are other options of fruit and cereals, but I’d of liked more, something simple like pancakes

The location was perfect and the staff were great! Really helpful and chatty, nothing was too much trouble. You could walk down to the beach from within 10 minutes which we did everyday and every night after we had eaten. Felt safe

The accommodation is looking a bit tired but for us, it was just a base for one night before we headed back to the airport.

The staff Hudson and Wayne were very helpful and welcoming. Great location on Camps Bay with beautiful views across the bay.

Situated near a road junction made it a little noisy, especially at rush hour times. The place could do with some basic general maintenance- small things such as a broken chair on balcony, broken shelf in bathroom and dodgy bedside light, also the edges of the pool need some work. All small things but easy to fix and lets the property down.

Comfy beds, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Nice view. Good position apart from road junction. Off road parking.

We advised the staff of a couple issues that we felt needed to be addressed in terms of maintenance. The sink in our room was cracked, it did not leak, but looked unsightly. The shower had a bracing bar that should have been attached to the glass panel but it had not been screwed in, which we felt was potentially dangerous. We also asked for pool towels, but told none were available as they had all gone to the laundry. This meant we could not use the pool which was disappointing. We felt that the decor in our room looked “tired” and needed a coat of paint to freshen it up. We also had an issue with the entry security gate, it could not be opened from the outside, you had to put your hand through the bars to open from the other side and was awkward. The staff did say this had been reported and was going to be fixed. Whilst these issues did not affect our stay, we felt that they needed to be raised so the manager can take action to rectify them.

We had a very nice room by the pool that was modern and clean, breakfast had a wide choice of items and plentiful. We were also offered a cooked breakfast which was great. The staff were very welcoming and efficient and very eager to help and advise.
