There was an awful stench like damp in the apartment. It was very unpleasant walking into the apartment after a long drive. Not using the fan and keeping sliding open. No wifi when all apartments have wifi. A broken cork screw topped it.

I didn’t like the bathroom which was not partitioned off in the room and that the floor would get wet. No privacy for the toilet. The plastic electric kettle lid was broken and the water would continue boiling and had a plastic taste and when pouring the water the steam would burn your hand.

Door locks need attention Loadshedding and water shedding (not your fault). No backup power. No water reserve.

Struggled with opening the doors. The bedroom door that goes to the balcony we couldn't open and the sitting room door that goes to the balcony main door we had a bit of tough time to open.

Patio chairs not as comfortable, they use with some cushions at least, running water in the bathrooms was very slow and frustrating when you are a group. I was not impressed at all with the dish washing cloth, it looked very unhygienic. There no champagne glasses.

The property is in close proximity to a lot of things, beach, mall, restaurants etc.

Linen was never changed for the entire stay The payment Due was higher than the Advertised amount on Booking.com by about ZAR500. Although I was still happy to proceed with the booking I felt that Booking.com was dishonest in how they conduct their business.

The main bed and sheets reeked of cigarette smoke. It was not pleasant at all. The venue has an inverter but it doesn't work during load shedding Parking can be a problem. Went out at night and came back with no packing space.

No braai on patio and no patio furniture. Would have liked if the mainbedroom was a bath and shower combo. Fiber wifi connected but no sccess.

No window in the small bedroom (no fresh air). Blinds were broken and hence, room was too light when you go to bed. Shower water rises. We were worried the water was going to seep out. Place needs a little TLC. Main bedtoom bathroom lights were'nt working. Light fixtures need a good clean (fans). Recommendation - Could do with some wine glasses. Place the wifi code on the key envelope or have a one pager in the apartment with all the details.

Location was fantastic. No breakfast, due to self catering.

Place was dirty, needs some serious deep cleaning. kitchen cupboard doors were left dirty, ceiling lights rusted, found dirty kitchen towels in bucket outside, blind in 2nd bedroom filthy dirty and broken, shower head in main bedroom broken.

Our group of friends are on the larger side so the shower was a bit small for us, but nothing we couldn't live with for a few days, also it would probably suit the average sized person just fine, so its not a negative on a whole... All said and done, it was an awesome place...

The property agent was extremely rude. Angie. Apartment was taken by another person. Agency got angry with me being the client with my frustration. Was placed into an apartment in another building which was dirty with sheets smelt like sweat. WAITED 2 HOURS OF FIGHTING AND ARGUING IN ORDER TO GET INTO AN APARTMENT
