No kitchen, cutlery. Taps leaking.. Flat needs a really good clean

Host said she wasn’t aware that people booked. No one was made aware that we booked. There was cockroaches everywhere including in the cupboards, all over the dishes & cutlery and all over the counters. It was an instant put off. Most light bulbs were burnt out so at night there wasn’t much light. Dstv was disconnected.

1. Security harassing me about parking, they even clamped my car 2. Owner not around to welcome us or show us around 3. Apartment infested with cockroaches and bedbugs, got bitten while asleep, had to check out a day prior. (I need my day's refund). 4. Bedding smelly 5. Insufficient crockery, no bath towels That place is not suitable for holiday accommodation

The apartment was stinking shirt I didn't get towels and cutlery The dstv was not paid so we didn't watch the TV the whole weekend The cattle was not working The person whom was supposed to come and help us with our complaints she kept on promising us lies and never give came back

The location and place is great, everything you see on the pictures is at it is, the view was amazing, i loved it.

Lift is rusty and out dated building on the inside. You can tell by looking on the reception and lift that it's not what you expected for the value of your money. The corridors are dark and bathrooms are very old fashioned. Especially the shower floor is dirty and terrifying I requested it to be cleaned but it was not. There are small cockroaches moving around because the bin is kept inside the room and not cleaned as long as you are there.The bedding was had bood & oil stains. Cutlery set is shot and other basic bowls, to name a few there was no frying pan, chopping board, strainer, only one knife. There was a pack of opened condoms in the kitchen cupboard. The curtains are teared & not hanged neatly, there's a broken and dirty coach. The TV was fixed on the following day because there was only a security guard on the reception who does other duties and they don't have someone else available to assist when you need help. The name of the apartment & the address is not exactly the same as the one you get online.

I like nothing about this property, The owner is full on nonsense, lying on booking.com about facilities, DSTV is not working, Aircon is not working and owner don't give any response on it because she has already collected her payment. I recommend DONT CHOOSE FOR THIS PROPERTY FOR YOUR VACATIONS, I RECOMMEND BOOKING.COM SHOULD REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM THEIR LISTING.

The room was filthy and stinky full of cockroaches were all the house from kitchen to bedrooms. The owners were not willing to assist me.when i ask for fumigation .he told me that cockroach are all over south africa.they make my vacation unbeatable and uncomfortable. When i call them on day 2 of arrival they ignored my calls untill my checkout.the apartment was cleaned everyday.i had to stay with 2 days dustbin in the apartment.

see above A total waste of money . I hated the stay from day one until I left. Apartment was not anything what was displayed.It was not well cleaned, old food in the oven , curtains falling off the rails. sliding doors jammed and i forced would fall out. Railing on balcony unsafe.Only care taker the helpful and willing person to assist. TV channels not working except sabc 3. Security guard rude. I will be emailing the proprty agent with photos taken of the poor accomodation

Place was in a shocking state when we arrived on the 7th. Air conditioner was not working. Cutlery was dirty and greasy. Sliding doors were broken, drawers were broken. No towels or bedding supplied apart from thin blanket. Power to the second bedroom was via an extension lead. Main room lights were switched on/off from the second bedroom.  Totally unnaceptable accommodation for the price and photos are misleading as well as the description

The only plus was location.

The place is a bit old needs bit of renovation, big room didn't have light but wasn't that much disappointed.

There were cockroaches . I had to wait for almost an hour outside before i was given the key to check in, this one was calling that one and that one was calling this one, it was just a mess.
