Breakfast wasn’t satisfying at all 😒. They don’t serve pork and their meal( breakfast ) is just a bare minimum , there no variety as expected . There are just too many restrictions. They don’t allow people to chill and relax in the living room while enjoying their meals or drinks😒😒. That was a turn off for me

The breakfast was very bad. They don't cook pork and guest can't even choose what they would prefer to eat. When I did the bookings, I did not see anything about not cooking pork for quests. The rooms leaks,- it was raining heavily. Wi-Fi not connecting, Open view really in this era? I don't think the owner cares about that guest house.

I really have a number of issues with the facility. For starters, there was a web in the room right on top of the door, looks like it's been there a while. I spent 4 nights there and it was still there. Second, the kettle in the room was very dirty. I tried washing it but I was unable to get it clean. I didn't have tea or coffe while I was there. The been in the bathroom was not clean as well, there were drops of water and water marks on it. The breakfast was not fulfilling. They didn't ask what we wanted for breakfast, all we got was 1 slice of polony, 1 mushroom, 1 scrambled egg and a very small sausage. For breakfast included, I was expecting a little more than that. And lastly, they didn't give bath soaps and gels, we had to ask for them every morning.

The location is very nice. Very close to the mall and when searching with GPS, it's not a hustle to find the place. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was big enough. The security was also very good. Access control at the gate and private entrace and exit in the room. The carpet in the room was also nice.

Difficult to locate. Bedroom unit and beds too small and rooms too close to each other. Noise control- some guests woke up very early talking loudly outside. Breakfast very substandard.

1. The back yard was not very welcoming. There was a broken vehicle parked at the back. The entrance to the room had a water puddle and tree leaves that looked like they had been there for some days. We even requested the staff to clean. This could have been an oversight on their part because it is Autumn. 2. The Shower mosaic floor has to be scrubbed clean. 3. We are not from South Africa, and are not aware of the Loadshedding schedule, and electricity went off while we were not expecting it, Staff overlooked to inform us about the loadshedding. But this was properly managed on the second day. Breakfast was too bland and prepared in advance (hot meal served cold). Though it was due to the staff trying to be helpful to us, as we were late and they did not want us to miss the vent we were going to. 4. The presentation of the food needs to be improved. If it is Continental Breakfast it should be if it is English Breakfast let it be that If it is a combination of both let it also be clear that it is. 5. Some of the guest were very noisy

The front of the guest House looks very contemporary and nice. The staff was very welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and functional with adequate space. Linen was very clean and pristine white. Which was very much appreciated.

The tubs were old and at some parts wear and tear visible. Some paint on the wall was scraped. The toilet cannot flush properly and the outside chairs remained uncleaned. The breakfast is HORRIBLE. They should stop offering it. No sufficient protein except eggs and weird looking polony slice, who serves that anywhere? They have a policy against pork but it should not be an excuse to make such flat and boring breakfast.

The rooms were generally neat and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice.

The owner of the Guesthouse was so rude to us over the phone she got No respect to customers and the swimming pool was not in good order

The staff members (2 Ladies) was so nice to us. And the place is nice and Quite at night.

Uncleanliness. The rooms were very dusty,the dining area was not clean as well, there were spiders and webs in bath tubs and even on the bed. I understand the place might not be busy but I believe booking should give the staff time to prepare for the arrival of guests. The noise at night from other guests was very disturbing.

The warm welcome we got from the staff. And the nice breakfast. Safe parking area.

The staff, the 2 ladies that served breakfast were in a hurry to leave so my breakfast was made at 7am and put in the microwave and heated up at 7:30. I was the only guest in the guesthouse....how difficult is it to ask what id like for breakfast.....i stay in bloem for an average of 15 nights a month and have stayed at many many different guesthouses, this was definitely one of the worst experiences todate. I have asked that the owner contact me, but this has not happened
