Absolutely nothing!

We loved our room, we loved that fact that there was sparkling water available. I loved the warm and cool pools. The staff were exceptionally friendly. We had the best time! Thank you!

The side gate. A bit of a safety issue (in my opinion) as well as with the wind is would bang as people would not secure it. This should be addressed. (and it was just outside my room)

Breakfast could be a little more versatile, if you stay longer you might want change it up a bit. The first room we stayed at lacked privacy in the bathroom since the wall was glass. Second room was great with no such issues at all.

Breakfast staff was so nice group of ladies. Gerard (general manager) was a person who really made our stay great. He is the best in business. Nice pool and wine selection. Easy parking. Quiet location but near the main street.

Clean, swimming pool, honesty bar. It was quite comfortable, great bathroom.

the voice activation didn't work, found remote had corroded batteries ( didn't bother me, just mentioning) couldn't use the coffee machine

great amenities, loved the pool, and the background music the 1st day, unfortunately none the second (did not have breakfast and unfortunately no time for spa treatment)

The room was a bit tired. Paint peeling off damp walls, cables hanging off the bed as the silicon holding them in place has given way. Huge marks and scratches on the wardrobe.

The staff were lovely : A great welcome and walk through the property, always at hand for queries. The breakfast team were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The pool facilities were great, with loungers to relax. Breakfast was great, with so many options, and great coffee!

There wasn't anything to dislike

We were met by Gerald who checked us in and showed us the lay of the land. Everywhere was pristine - my first observation. Our room was spacious, with a large wet room. Crisp white bed linen, just saying. Complimentary tea, coffee, water and toiletries. In the kitchen where optional breakfast is served, there is also beer on tap, not something I enjoy, but the man who cooks my meals was delighted. There's a great outdoor space with a small pool and loungers, too. Gerald arranged a taxi to a winery we had chosen to taste at. When the taxi was busy and couldn't bring us back, Gerald sent a member of staff. Above and beyond! The recommendation he gave us for dinner was fantastic and he told us that walking back after dinner would be perfectly safe. He was right. We loved our stay, brief though it was. Thank you so much, Gerald and team.

Gerald was very helpful when we had car trouble on arrival to the property. Great host who made us feel well taken care of. The property is also in easy walking distance to the facilities in town.

The setup, the courtyard vibe. The staff were friendly and accessible. The facilities were nice and clean.

The bed was very comfortable, bath was a lovely big size. Loved that the lights switched on and off by voice command. Overall a very nice stay.
