not being able to walk easily to the water front but the free shuttle and ferry service was nice

comfortable rooms. good service. good variety of food to select from. shuttle and free ferry was convenient. staff was always helpful and very friendly. we stayed here before and after our tour it was exciting to open our drapes and see the perfect view of Table Mountain, Lion Head and Devil Mountain, right in front of us, very cool.

Walking from hotel to Waterfront is tricky. Without construction area, it could be very close. But actual time takes over 25 mins. Uber is better choice.

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is awesome.

The location was a bit out of the way. was neither close to the V&A or centre.

Very modern and clean hotel. It felt very safe and the facilities were great! I loved breakfast and I ordered room service which was great and a good price!

the location is near the V&A, but there is a many detours. to reach the waterfront no access directly. Ther should be more shuttle to V&A .

The breakfast was very good, and the staff had a good sense of hospitality. The hotel was very clean, with a spacious room and a very functional bathroom.

the only negative is that there is no direct walking route to the Waterfront. You have to either use the shuttle or walk through the CTICC

Extremely clean, good aura, exceptionally competent and friendly staff, Cindy, David, Siya, Angelo, Oneliswe, Bongi and practically everyone pulled together to give us a comfortable and enjoyable stay, oh my goodness everyone in reception, the guys at the door with broad smiles!!!. After an 11 flight these guys showed up and showed off. This was a very special and memorable stay.

Since there was so much construction in the area, it seemed very difficult to get there. We always choose a well-located hotel, and although this one is near the V&A Waterfront, it is difficult to get here by foot. Glad there was a shuttle; however the times were not that accommodating. Thankful for Uber.

The staff was very friendly at both the front desk and the restaurant. the support staff were also very accommodating.

The gym and pool is rather small. Breakfast is mostly the same everyday.

Room was spacious and place was clean. There is also complimentary shuttle from hotel to the V&A waterfront.

I was disappointed about the location. I was under the impression that I could walk out of the hotel right into the waterfront mall area. You are considered being in the waterfront, but you are about a supposedly 15-20 minute walk into the center where the action is. Really don't know because there was construction going on. We had to take Uber, which wasn't bad. It's about a good 7-minute ride. There was a lot of noise due to construction next door.. It probably wouldn't have been that bad if it wasn't for the fact that we decided to sleep late that day. The staff was so nice, and they found us a room on the other end of the hotel on a higher floor. It was a little noisy at night from the containers being moved around at the port across the street. The funny thing is, it was well worth it due to the beautiful pictures I took of the port and the artwork on the side of the building, absolutely amazing!!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Kind ,friendly, happy, and helpful, just to name a few. The staff really made my experience just that more pleasant. Celebrated my 50th Birthday. Group of 10 stayed. We all agreed that the breakfast was superb. The rooms where clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was was absolutely amazing on all work shifts. I feel like a made some friends. Thanks to you all!!

The breakfast every morning was great - hot and fresh. The staff was pleasant and so very helpful. The hotel was kept immaculately! So clean and fresh throughout our stay.

No electric outlet in bathroom to do hair. Also poor lighting in bathroom for putting on makeup. Adjustable wall makeup mirror would be very nice. View from room was awful...looked at ugly shipping containers and cruise terminal. Not the best location.

slight hiccup with the 3rd party company they use on site for transport & tours. The driver didn’t turn up to pick us up for our two oceans race so that was a bit disappointing but was all resolved and refunded with no problem. It was however not the hotel directly responsible.

The staff are super friendly especially the restaurant staff. Mo was extremely exceptional & provided world class service. He is young but a great asset to the hotel. If mentored appropriately he’ll go very far in his career. Overall really great service, nothing was too difficult for the team. Will be staying here again next year.
