The wooden sangoma gods and the belief therein, the Great and Dreadful parts of the property while my stay there got better and sweeter by the minute. Did not like the constant bombardment of a very troubled roommate who sadly needs divine intervention.

The front staff was extremely unprofessional &unhelpful, lazy guy , kept phoning me asking me what time i will be back. Were in the world have you ever seen something so unprofessional in your life. If this is the intrusive behavior of this facility I won't be back here any time soon

I guess my expectations were too much as the advert said "the place" is based in a suburb🥺but considering the price,I guess it's acceptable 🙏

The staff is friendly, welcoming& so understanding.The services aids,the 2ladies at reception, they are exceptional 👏.My first day, knocked off @07:00am from night duty n I was extremely exhausted,the lady at reception was so understanding &tried to assist me with all the challenges I had,my payment transfer was challenging but she was so accommodating & offered suggestions,I was really impressed 👏 had a little bit of an accident on a heavy raining day and a guy named (Breeze) did nt mind being in the rain n I was inside the car, helping me out,I felt so bad n he was so understanding n assuring 🙏🏻may God bless him🙏🏻 I give thumbs up for the 2 mature ladies,I think 1 is for cleaning& the other one is for kitchen n laudry, even if the place looks old, they keep it spotless👏n they so welcoming 😊 Although the place appeared to b busy from Friday but I manage to rest from my night shifts🙏

I extended my stay during the night (online), the next morning I went to the reception to pay the additional booking and to ask if I could change my room as I selected a different room with online booking. I was told that I had to wait for the next shift to settle my account and i was refused my request to move. I returned to the reception at 8am, but could not pay due to faulty card machine. I told the receptionist that I will only be able to go to an atm once it stopped raining - this is the point where the staff member started telling me that I HAVE to call a cab and get to the atm. I was gob smacked! The employee walked away. The next minute the staff member was back followed by private security guard! I was told that the guard was there to remove me from the property. I have never been so angry! I explained the days events to the security whom agreed with me that the staff was being unreasonable and wasted their time. And all of this could have been prevented if only I was allowed to make the payment at 6am that morning. I will NEVER refer any traveler to stay at Acoustix

Rude staff. While asking questions or wanting to pay 1 particular staff member is always on her cel phone and doesn't even look at you when replying at reception, also she doesn't wear a mask or sanitize properly. This 1 particular staff member likes to shout and fight with paying clients. She is unpleasant and unprofessional and has no work ethic. When sitting at reception and receiving guests you cannot be rude and look at the phone while paying customers want to make payment. She is lazy and doesn't do her job properly.

The rudeness and unprofessional behavior of some of the staff, especially the younger staff who show no respect for personal space and shout if they feel the rules are not been adhered too. The staff come across as aggressive and seem to want to fight with paying customers. Some of the staff also don't wear masks or sanitize like they are supposed too. Some staff don't make sure that other customers sanitize and no temperatures are being taken either, not following covid rules properly for a public establishment. Some staff show lack of proper work ethics.
