We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room got rather hot during the day but we were supplied with two fans and the sea breezes cooled it down at night.
Charming restored farmhouse gives a wonderful traditional ambience. Glorious views from the terrace across the lagoon and islands and from our room. The staff were very nice as well as being efficient and attentive. Delicious breakfast! And we loved the complimentary afternoon tea with scones!!

Our stay at the Farmhouse was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless and the view was amazing. The breakfasts were great and not forgetting the daily complimentary scones and tea which was superb. Will definitely being visiting again.

NetherlandsThe room, the family room. Needs a renovation soon, the bed was good as was the shower, but the bathroom was way passed his date, specially for more people, the room it self is not really comfortable to stay in besides to sleep.
The location was great, the staff was great and helpfull, easy walk to sharks bay and to the centre, nice gesture to serve tea and scones, atmosphere in the house was great, le petite maison ( where you have to reserve diner, be aware) serves great oysters and breakfast.

South AfricaThe room had a lot of noise from the restaurant downstairs, but this is mentioned in the room description of the adventure pads, so we were expecting this. Even with the noise, the room was still very comfortable and good value for money.
Room is comfortable with nice views of the lagoon even from the shower. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and afternoon scones also a nice touch. Very cosy hotel with a lot of character.
