The room wasn't cleaned and there wasn't a bar fridge so it was an inconvenience.

Everything about the Lodge was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Friendly guests and the breakfast was delicious.

The bed was squeaky. It’s quite a challenge to get to the property via GPS, which navigates you to closed-off gates. Preferably get directions from the property.

Very close to the airport. Clean & neat. Very friendly staff. Clean pool although we didn’t swim.

The fact that WiFi wasn’t connecting to tv, tvs are old school plus they don’t provide water 💧 in the rooms if you get thirsty during the night you can’t get still water cas u have to buy and by that time no one you can buy from

The gate policy. We had to wait very long at the gate to get in and to get out. Call them to open up as apparently the bell at the gate wasn't working. Go back to get somebody to open the gate when we wanted to go out. Quite annoying.

Beds were very uncomfortable, every time you turn you can hear the springs squeak. There was no hot water and the rooms are extremely hot with a very small fan and no ventilation to cool down the area around the corner where the other people have to sleep (family room). For one night stay you will accept it as is, but if you want to stay longer the beds will make the stay unpleasant.

It was clean and well situated for what and where we needed to be.

The pick up from the airport was messy. I was given a car number and I had given my ETA but information shared with me was Incorrect. I was made to believe the transport to and from the guest house was related to the guest house hence I paid a premium only to know the guest house merely arranged for an Uber. If this was the case why did I bother. I was arriving late and wanted a reliable guest house transport.

Cleanliness and excellent shuttle service. I stay here whenever I travel for business. It's a great place to stay for a day or two and close to the airport

Food and Beverage supplies were on occasion limited.

The staff on site were great however they had limited authority.

The WiFi was slow and weak. The shower had very slow drainage and I had to stop showering before it went all over the bathroom floor.

Location in a gated community and also gated premises made you feel safe. The layout and design was lovely. The helpful and sweet lady (forgot her name sorry I was only there for 4 hours) who welcomed me. A great place to stay before a flight so near to the airport. They offer shuttle service to the airport for 150ZAR but you can also get an uber if you wish. Fantastic value for money. I didn’t use the facilities as I was on there for a few hours but will definitely return!

The out of hours contact wasn't great

A bit further away than previous airport accommodation i've used but a lovely property. Bit of faffing waiting for the free pick up (gave us the wrong car reg), which we met on the 2nd floor Uber/Bolt pick up point. Great rooms and breakfast. Wi-fi just about manageable but had to move about a bit. Shopping precinct 10-15 mins away with great selection of shops/eateries

Nice Comfy room, very good for the price and for a lay over from the airport. could just order an Uber eats delivered to the place. Recommending to colleagues.
