Wow! AfriCamps Addo blew us away! We loved feeling so remote and getting to just relax in unspoiled nature. Leilani and team took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. This part of our month in South Africa was one of the top highlights. Just braai, enjoy the hot tub, then lie on the hammock and count the shooting stars!

We unfortunately had geyser issues and were unable to have a hot shower in the evening and in the morning. A maintenance gentleman came to assist in the morning and fixed the issue, however when he left after 30 minutes there was no hot water again.

The view was spectacular, the location in the bush is phenomenal and weather was PERFECT - a scorcher at 38 degrees Celsius and 34 degrees celsius that evening. The hot tub was our favourite!

Power and WiFi went off 2 hours before we were due to leave . Not sure if this was done by the camp or load shedding. Camp reading material stated there is no load shedding . If it was the camp then it's a pretty bad way to get ppl to leave early .

We loved staying at AfriCamps Addo. The view was amazing and the tents were really large and comfortable. Equipment for cooking and braai were all there. It was just an overall great experience to stay at an accommodation like this.

The most phenomenal location. Leilani was so welcoming and all the details beforehand were spot on. Thought the pics were good but they cannot capture the birdsong, the bokkies coming right up to the tents, the ambience… really loved it!

The location is beautiful, and the facilities where very nice. We enjoyed the feeling of camping without having to bring everything with us. Only downside is that there is no offer for a cleaning service.

The hammock was a little uncomfortable. Perhaps have some cushions to use solely for the hammock.

This little gem is the perfect hideaway from the city noise. A perfect spot in the heart of nature where you surround yourself with tranquility and absolute peace. The hot tub was definitely our favorite spot throughout our stay. It was surreal sitting in the hot tub while a fine little drizzle showered down on us. Magical experience from start to finish.

We felt that check-in could've been dealt with better. It would've been great to have someone welcome us at our unit to explain some of the basic things (it was our first Africamps experience). The wood was also wet but I did notify management.

We really enjoyed the location and facilities on offer. The hot tub as well as the hammock was a huge hit with the kids. We also really enjoyed the hiking and mountain bike trails. The unit itself is designed very cleverly and provide several "spaces" of relaxation. The bedroom(s) are spacious and very comfy and the bathroom is light and roomy. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and look forward to staying at the other locations of Africamps.

We loved the roaming buck and abundant birdlife! The camp is located near the Addo game park main gate. The units also feel private and safe.

Shower head not working properly. Toilet plumbing made a terrible noise. Would suggest a King size bed option for a cabin as my partner is 6.4ft, we would pay extra for it.

Just that the secondary road to get there was quite difficult for a normal car, so not 4x4. It takes a long time to finish that road, and there were no signs how long or how far away we were.

Beautiful place to stay at, location was really good for Addo NP, and WiFi was some of the best we've had in South-Africa. The place was really clean, kitchen was amazing and had everything you would need.

Everything was perfect - No regrets at all. Immersed in the heart of nature at the glamping nature reserve, my stay was a harmonious blend of comfort and wilderness. Falling asleep to the soothing nocturnal orchestra and waking up to dappled sunlight dancing on my canvas abode, every moment felt like a cherished escapade into tranquility.

Addo Africamps prioritizes privacy, you do not have to worry about the neighboring chalets disturbing your peace. The rustic-luxe tent provided a cozy haven, while daytime explorations unveiled the reserve's hidden marvels Breakfast was N/A (We prepared our own breakfast)
