Wood had to be purchased for the hot tub. It would have been nice to have received at least a small amount as part of the accommodation cost.

Noisy, loud guests (friends, 6 of them, having a raucous 'çhit chat' a short distance away) on first night, when 'peace and quiet' is clearly stated as a venue theme. Fortunately the Manager told them to keep quiet at about 21:15...... Second night - no noise, and a great spot to unwind...... Price probably a little high .........

Sadly we had no Wi-Fi at our tent and network coverage (Vodacom) was also very poor, which makes it difficult if you are trying to reach somebody. There was however Wi-Fi connectivity down at the lodge (when it was not load-shedding)

Loved the tent, which has everything you need for a short stay. The hot tub was divine! The view from our deck was great! Food served at the lodge was excellent. Our pre-arrival requests were actioned as asked, no issues.

It was one of the best experiences ever, my wife hates camping, it was the first time she tried it and Africamps has converted her. I would love to go back for many more adventures, with the lodge so close to assist with all your needs, it makes the stay even better. Our special request for no beef or pork in our dietary requirements was also catered, not something we tend to find often.

No Wi-fi inside. Is it + or - you decide. Great to add service with food delivery and honesty bar.

The view is amazing! Totally amazing! Tent is nice. We were worried that it would be hot inside, but air con made 20 after few minutes. The is a bath with heating. Big terrace with bra and benches. Everything for chilling. Really really cool place.

We only ordered the dinner basket, great value, and an amazing spread of salads and proteins ( meat :) ), would highly recommend. The location is very close to the Drak park so hikes are easily accessible. Getting there was simple and easy. Staff were amazing and the pool and jacuzzi really was the cherry on top. We will be back very soon.

The place was absolutely magical. By far, the best tented camps we ever stayed at. It was very luxurious, clean, and had everything we needed. The views are breathtaking and magical. Beyond words. Lots of bridlife, including magnificent eagles!! The activities around are endless, and the location is perfect! Isolated but a short drive to the shops and activities & hikes. It was so good, we requested to stay longer, but unfortunately, they were fully booked. They did assist us in finding good accommodation nearby. The staff were incredible!!! The service was extremely effective, and the staff was beyond friendly. Will book again shortly!!!

We booked at 5 tents that were supposed to be next to each other rather we were split up from one of the tents - which was not the arrangement In future be clear about how the sleeping arrangements need to be sorted out

Restaurant needs to extend hours and menu . Restaurant closed at four , which made dinner a bit difficult

The hot tub was full of green algae at the bottom which made the water stink which made it unpleasant as that is the only activity to do on the premises. Due to loadshedding the fridge had a very bad smell on arrival. There is no mop provided to keep the floors of the tent dry and clean. It rained in quite a lot at the entrance during a storm on our last night.

It is peaceful.

The fridge is way too small, breakfast can be better, access to cars need improvement, aircon not working and was reported, some activities on premises would be nice like a room with tv for sports
