Balcony, birw, furniture or lack thereif. Not a comfortable place to sit in and lots of issues needed gixing broken yable, TV and fridge. Towels were very thin and worn.

TV system is bad. On room 113 the some of the tiles on the floor are unstable. The bed was not double bed but rather two single bed which sometimes separeted in the middle of the note.

Closer to everything I needed and accessible to transport.

Great service. Got the VIP treatment. We had the large studio overlooking the mountain an road. It wasnt too noisy, loved sitting on balcony people watching. Also nice sea view from rooftop. Studio does need a bit updating, no problems with water or electricity. Bed nice and comfy. Location ideal near super market, trendy pubs and eateries, and the bus, and mini bus service to City. Will return

There was a general lack in maintenance in the room we stayed in (209). Only once we made our booking, we were notified about the lack of parking. On Booking.com I was given the option to pay upon arrival, however, once I made the reservation, the subtotal of two rooms immediately went off my account.

I booked the accommodation with parking and got sent an email stating that parking was no longer available. I couldn't cancel .Booking dot com told me to sort it out with the hotel.Our car was full for our lengthy trip .We has to offload on the busy pavement and leave all our stuff in reception while we searched for parking.This took an hour .I was forced to sign a credit card receipt even though it was clear that the hotel was paid for in full .They also insisted in keeping copies of our id's

Location and facilities were great and staff rallied around to help after the initial drama at check in.The broken fridge was replaced and the blurry TV was changed.The room was well serviced . Management managed to help with parking at another site

The photos that stated I would be in a suite didn’t match the room. It stated there would be a bath in the bathroom and there was only a shower.

The cafe/bar Jarryds was really nice and great that it was accessible.

We were happy with everything but a softer mattress would have made our stay even lovelier.

The hotel is close to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and the Sea Point promenade. We stayed in a big studio with 2 balconies, we had an amazing sea view. We could access our Netflix on the TV.

There is a lack of plugs and the windows and walls are a bit thin.

The location was great as it was just a short walk away from the water front and it is located on a street full of nice restaurants and bars, which gives it a vibrant atmosphere.

I didn't like the bedspreads. They were very narrow and did not provide much comfort. There was not an internal lock to provide extra security when you are in the room.

When we arrived, we were put in a tiny room for three people that didn’t even have enough beds so we had to be split into two rooms for the first night and then the second night they put an extra bed in one of the rooms and then the third night they put us in the room we paid for (We stayed for two weeks) at least they sorted it out but it did take a couple days and they did not offer any refund. The noise and smell of the garbage was horrendous on garbage day, It was a little better once we moved to the third floor. I wish the kitchen had a one plate stove and a frying pan. It would’ve saved a lot of eating out but the toaster and microwave did help a little little bit but the meals got boring after a while and I had to eat out. Make sure you know what you’re paying for at the restaurant downstairs. Someone tried to charge in pocket the money for two green juices, and when I called them out on it, they quickly gave me the money back. Out of the three rooms that I stayed in in my three weeks, the last room was the best, but the key card for the room did not work for both locks so I had to carry around the card in the key at all times and I was worried about losing it the entire time.

Location was great! Cleaning staff were very polite and helpful. Having a hair salon and Massage and facial place downstairs was great. Having a restaurant close by and green juices made and brought to my room was really helpful while I was working.

Initially we had booked a bigger room as we had a child but when we were shown it, it didnt look like the pictures. Older furniture, and a balcony into the alley in the side of the building. We then opted to get a smaller room with a balcony out to the street. This was fine for us and we enjoyed our stay

The Location is amazing. Lots of restaurants around and a shopping mall in walking distance. It's quiet

A little noisy (our room was near the elevator), lack of black out curtains in the bedroom on the window that opened to the 24 hr lighted atrium.
