An extra toilet would be nice, one toilet is awkward with five guests

I would like to caveat this with this, the experience was excellent value for money. A couple of things that could have been improved were the quality of the furniture and bedding. We were also missing some small essentials such as salt, which could have made the stay a little better.

It was very easy, the host met us as soon as we parked and gave us a guide to the property including handing us the keys.

Unfortunately during loadshedding there is also no water due to the pumping system which could prove difficult for longer stays, however was perfect for a weekend getaway

The water issue need to be fixed. We didn’t have water in the evening until around 6am

It's that I didn't like, I just want to advise the property owner to look for comfortable couches when he/she gets the chance and bar fridge&microwave in the rooms, otherwise the property 👌👌👌

The interruption of water supply due to a pump that had to reset after load shedding. we soon learned that it could be reset manually and it took less than a minute.

Kitchen layout and equipment. Cleanliness. All the areas to relax. The option to eat inside or outside the apartment. The gas hob so load shedding did not rule our lives. The smart TV with Netflix options. bedside lamps that kept going during load shedding. a very caring and patient hostess.

Not getting cleaning services wereas I paid for it, bathing with cold water, the only day the water was fine was on arrival and day after in the morning otherwise later 2nd day till we go home it was cold was, my last day there was no water on the kitchen taps

The pool was very tiny. More of a water feature. Movement from tenants above the other apartments could be heard. Our entire apartment smelled moldy and damp. We couldn't use the wardrobes/cupboards as it was too stinky! The carpets were also very smelly. There are no plug points in the bedrooms. We were 5 people , and they gave us 2 toilet rolls and 1 blag bag for all 3 days! Won't be going back there again!

Yoh the host,her name is Marlet,i don't know where she was taken,she has no customer service,we were like her kids.She was shouting ,walking in & out of our rooms to say the least.We had no privacy i was so disappointed.

The other apartments are very close together. Right next to, and on top of one another. As well as being really close to residential neighbours. This is not the ideal place to book a work retreat or group stay. It would be fine for a family or single person wanting to stay for a night to rest, but not for a group of people looking to have a fun weekend away. Noise restrictions and many stairs also make it slightly awkward for a "retreat" especially when drinking or planning to have long nights outside.

The agent was nice. She was understanding and kind. The rooms and kitchen were clean. Lounge has a nice fireplace.
