We liked the rustic apartment and its tremendous natural garden, which was located in a safe area. Roy was a very helpful and caring host and gave us lots of tips. We would have loved to stay longer.

Beautiful garden and apartments that were more spacious than the photos made them seem, with cute outdoor hangout spots. Super friendly host who provided lots of info and recommendations - we stayed only one night so this was especially helpful.

The wind!

I loved the quaintness of the place. It reminded my son of Bag End in Lord of the Rings. It was very conveniently located within walking distance of the sea in a quiet neighbourhood. . Each unit had lovely outdoor areas where one could tuck in with a good book on rainy or windy day. Roy was the perfect host.

The place is beautiful and cosy with your own small garden with hammock and braai stand in the beautiful bigger garden. Roy is an excellent host, who tries to help you with everything. Even when we forgot something he sent it to one of our next stays, so kind of him. We would absolutely go back or recommend to stay here.

This place is so calming. It's perfect for our needs. Extremely safe area close by to shops and restaurants. Kitchen well-stocked with any dishes/utensils you'd need (and coffee etc.). Back porch is serene: hammock, couch, outdoor breakfast table, lots of vegetation, birds chirping. However, the highlight was Roy, the owner - had a great time chatting with him over our few days there. He even drove us to the airport on our last day - a very nice man.

I can't point anything out because it was all wonderful.

Exceptional accommodation (if I could I would give a score of 20). Located about 300 meters from the beach, every night I fell asleep listening to the sea. I had the apartment all to myself, comfort, space, decoration, conditions, everything corresponds to the photos, and exceeded my expectations. The owner, Roy, an exceptional person, offered to go with me to the supermarket by car and on the last day he took me to the airport. The garden is wonderful, the bed very, very comfortable, warm blankets (it was winter), cable tv where I could watch the Portuguese channels, emergency lights for the frequent power outages, the huge bathroom, the shower water with a lot of pressure, equipped kitchen, One of the best private accommodations where I stayed until today. I recommend it 10000%. The area was very safe, you could walk on foot, close to the sea and the waterfront.

Place located at a prime location. Beach just a stone throw away. Must visit Barney's at Kings beach and try different beers and chicken liver. One should not forget the most cooperative host I have ever met ROY!! He will do anything & everything to make your stay comfortable, you ask him about weather, news, sports and he will bombard you with information. Thanks Roy.. will definitely come back whenever I am in PE.

Very spacious room. It was clean and neat and I enjoyed my brief stay very much. Provisions for loadshedding were made by the host (e.g. loadshedding lights) and he kindly warned me of anticipated loadshedding times.
