The beds are extremely uncomfortable, they really felt like a water bed. Also, one of the beds leg broke and Dan helped us with putting a brick there. The curtains were not clean. We all the time had to ask for towels, they weren't brought to us on time. We were at the 2 bedroom apartment and there's a pipe that's just next to the toilet, it really brings out a bad smell, closing it with a plastic isn't helpful. The cupboard that has pots stored in it was broken as well. The main door has spaces in it, I don't think I'd survive winter time because of that. The mat and the couch had stains too.

The outside area of the property really looks good and is very chilled. Dan has met all our needs as possible, we really appreciate his patience😊. There's also one of the workers I didn't get his name but we asked him to wash our car on the outside since it was dirty and he did a very great job

The cupboards in the rooms were not working we didn't have any clean towels or blankets and on request of a blanket we got one that seemed burnt it was a nice place to look at but not too comfortable to stay at the sheets were dirty and so was the bedding all white but with stains

it was very clean, the pool as well as the fountain looked well taken care of and beautiful too. There was privacy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was a very fast process as well.

They tap sink was broken. The slinding door was broken and we were a bit uncomfortable because people just budge in without knocking.

There was no breakfast included, not sure if there was a clause about food. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that there was food left in the microwave, from previous visitors when I wanted to heat my food. We had to have a colder than expected shower on the night of the 13th and on the morning of the 14th I had to have an ice cold shower. Otherwise is was an ok stay for one night.

I didn't like the basin sink in the bathroom, the sink was very lose and the cupboard holding the sink was unstable

The window in the bathroom is getting clear so when people are passing they can see inside so it was uncomfortable to use the bathroom..Can there be a carpet in the shower for after shower.. White towels are big no no for me..Do u guys have a kitchen?

There seems to be a rat issue and we were traveling with kids and women and so they were very stressed about it and they shared rooms with others and did not occupy the 2 room. There seems to be big rates which really needs to be sorted. But otherwise we were ok.

We were given a back door room/not thee best though we booked earlier. Even worse there were Cockroaches in the room, I think they came with a microwave coz we started seeing them after we got microwave.

There was alot of small thing's that needed fixing. I.e. The taps in the room, the bathroom door was hard to open and close. There was a terrible urine coming from the toilet, they were not cleaned properly
