We had load shedding and nothing was pleasant about that. Had to climb up 6 floors of stairs to the room. And when I got to the room there’s no lights and couldn’t warm up our food, couldn’t watch tv or even use the Wi-Fi

Room service was bad. A lady just walked in my room very early in the morning and found me naked from the shower, she didn't bother looking away nor to walk away or atleast to give me some time to wear a mere towel. Instead she continued with the conversation. That was so unprofessional for a stunning apartment like that to have the kind of staff members. Curtains and couches were dirty and had stains as well. I also found used food and takeaway from other visitors in the cupboards. The room was stuffy as we entered on our first night. It's clear that the room service staff members are very bad. They better improve.

Overall Everything was awesome the views from the balcony which was not mentioned on the description was so awesome. The facilities of the establishment are sensational. The restaurant and pool side was great as well as the location. The host communicated well with me through the phone and the check in process was smooth and fast.

No soap or other toiletries, floors were not clean, shower needs a scrub - the whole unit needs a deep clean. Noisy - lots of guests coming and going all night.

The apartment needs serious pest control its has cockroaches 🪳 and also needs some maintainance e.g the room cupboard door will fall of soon the room is close to a soccer field so the noise ther in the morning is horrific

The apartment I was staying in there’s no room service when you need something and go to the reception they tell you is a privet apartment, meaning isn’t under the hotel contact your host. The host number isn’t from S.A they take more than 5 hours to respond, there was no sugar I requested for it and got it the following day.

Pool, location is very close to Menlyn mall and the building is beautiful

It smells bad, the bed quality flat and one and the sheets stains the bed cover so so old 😔like in such a expensive luxury apartment you would expect the inside to be as luxury like the outside. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone. room is over R1100 a night, yet you still have to pay R200 for cleaning wow.

The bed needs changing. In as much as bedroom is nice this high quality accommodation needs to be complimented by a high quality mattress/bed and pillows. Air conditioner unit in bedroom did not always work. Maybe just a minor service needed.
