It's my third time at Urban , I honestly can't get enough of this place ... it's peaceful , relaxing & so beautiful . the hosts & staff are nice people and so accommodating.

The space is pretty tiny, without much sheltered/private space outside. We only stayed 1 night passing through Plett, for which the room met our needs, but not space I would like to hang out in for more than 1 night, unless you are in backpacker mode.

Neat, clean, tidy and fairly modern. Located in town. Not badly priced. Didn't meet the hosts but they were responsive and seemed friendly over comms.

There was no cloths for the dishes , only one towl in a room . there wasn’t tea or coffee as mentioned.

very nice hosts, that provided not only flexibility, but also a great list of recommendations for Plett! The location of the apartment is great, and it even provides wifi during load shedding. The apartment itself is very pretty and carefully decorated, however at times not fully practical. Had a great stay overall, thanks!

Nothing, really. The outdoor shower could use a place to keep soap/shampoo, but this is a very minor point.

We loved the open feel of the space, and the ability to open windows for the breeze while maintaining privacy. The porch was lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked. We also were impressed how quiet the location was, both at night and during the day!

Lovely little cottage with a garden. Peaceful - with a central location where we could walk to all the restaurants and bars. Loved the decor. Rustically beautiful. So many thoughtful touches. Hooks everywhere. Shower gel in the bathrooms. Responsive owners. Even A braai.

The shower is not the best I have had before. And the bed was a bit too bouncy. If your partner moves a lot during their sleep, you will notice it haha! But all in all nothing really to complain about.

We have had a great stay at Urban Plett. What a cozy place to call home for a couple of days. The room was very private, with a sitting area outside. It was nice to have a kitchen with kitchen supplies. The owners response very quickly and were super helpfull! We would definitly recommend this place to others.

The power socket in the bathroom did not work. This was no problem but should maybe be fixed.

Interestingly furnished apartment very close to the towns center. We enjoyed the industrial design a lot. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well equiped. Late check in was possible through self check in. The instructions were always clear. We paid the next day in a thrift store, but other payment options were also available.

Nice Room and comfortable bed. Near everywhere and walking distance to restaurants and cafe. The Kitchen was small but functional to be able to cook a meal.

A sign on the gate would be nice to find it easily. No towels in 2nd bathroom. An ice tray with ice would have been nice.
