That the apartments walls are closer to which others and the security guards were very rude and t speaking in English was a bit challenging them .They were speaking in their native language which to me was not okay.

Technology security lock in place at the apartments is the best 10/10

Bathroom a bit small

The apartment was very clean and neat. Loved that the host even supplied washing powder which made it very convenient for us as we were coming from another holiday in Capetown. The apartment is as in picture. Also its a lock up and go no hustles. Thank u Zinhle. Will come again

could not work the TV

The apartment was good for one person on a short stay. It was clean and had sufficient facilities.

My only issue was the iron... it was very difficult to use, when its on high it burn cloths, on medium it wasn't hot enough to iron properly also it would take out a lot of water.

Apartment is cuty and cosy, its location was perfect to where i needed it to be. Experienced no loadshedding which was a plus for us.

No colander. No toiletries included (as was advertised). No drying rack or dish brush/sponge. The dryer advertised is not a tumbledryer- it's a broken clothes rack that doesn't stand up by itself:( had to tie it together. The airport shuttle is at an extra cost, not included in the booking fee. The carpet in the living room was dirty. The main light in the living room does not work (unfortunate because that room gets no natural light). Very low water pressure in the bathroom tap. The rooftop/apartment block overall was very dirty/dusty (possibly due to renovations) and lots of cracks in the walls. The broom is a bit broken (keeps coming loose), could be replaced. The provided coffee was old/not good. No big problems, all just little things that would have made the stay elite :)

Beautiful bedroom! Included a very comfy bed, aircon, lovely lighting. Good supply of towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and linen. Good security. Well stocked kitchen except for no colander or dish scrub. The shuttle driver is wonderful and reliable. Although there were some disappointments and misleading advertising, overall, it was a wonderful stay and worthwhile for the cost. Would recommend.

The fact that the apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was an added bonus.

Nothing was wrong.but the security needs to be up to date about what's going on.

The space felt good and you could the the comfort of being home away from home...and it had a nice view.

Everything was perfect except for the cockroaches which was roaming around endlessly esp in the evening and waking up to find them everywhere in the kitchen was not pleasant. I know that this is probably hard to control seeing that its in a building which occupy so many people.

Breakfast was not included. Location was excellent. My friend dropped me off at the property and left later the afternoon. Took Bolt to the Gautrain Station which was a pleasure, not far from the property and very convenient. Enjoyed the fact that I could obtain the key at the reception desk. Reception and cleaning ladies were very sweet and helpful :-)

I was kind of expecting the host to receive me but I received the keys from security with no hassle. I made pasta one of the nights and realised there was no strainer, other than that, the place was well catered and maintained. There was a power outage in the area, I would have expected the host to notify me but I when I reached out, she eventually got back to me with feedback.

The place is was nice and cosy, ideal for my 1 person stay. I would definitely recommend the place. The host has decorated the place so beautifully as well, it smelled lovely and was nice and clean. Everything was easy to find.

Beautiful beautiful apartment, home away from home. Has everything you need and is very well-kept, excellent location, warm and friendly host. We definitely coming back!

I didn't get accurate directions as to where the apartment was located within the premises. After calling the host numerous times I had to go through all 2 blocks looking for the apartment with heavy bags. It was tedious and time wasting!! Add to that the host showed no empathy whatsoever to check if I had managed to locate the apartment.

I loved everything! Literally everything!! The host was so amazing. She really goes all out. I never came short of anything. She responds on time. She is very much willing to assist with anything. She made sure that my stay was worth it! The furniture is really on point. The area might be noisy outside but the moment you get inside the room, its you and your privacy! I hardly heard what was happening outside. I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely go back
