I like the place as a whole, the host was very welcoming and hospitable. The wifi was very fast , they also have a generator for backup during this Loadshedding crisis.

Absolutely everything! Very friendly staff. Big and spacious self catering unit, tastefully decorated. Whatever you need is available in the kitchen. Big and comfortable furniture in the sitting room. DSTV channels. Safe and secure parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Huge double shower. I shall recommend this to everyone who is looking for a stay in Louis Trichardt.

We were asked to be honest about the beds. I can definitly say the mattresses can be improved on. it feels very used, or just very spring based and worn. Sorry.

We did not have breakfast, Was not included and had to leave very early . Beautiful setting, and very peaceful.

Nothing really. We ran into couple of challenges - for some reason our booking from booking.com was not transferred to the hostess, so we waited for a while and then their neighbor came and helped us get into the property (This is not the hostess fault as she did not know we were coming, she was extremely sorry and when we arrived, the place was absolutely ready for the guests so after we were able to enter the property, everything was quick). There was some issue with the gate to open when we were leaving, it is like in US garage door gets stuck, so we got a bit delayed but she called someone immediately and took care of it ASAP. She would get that fixed and apologized to us profusely. Again, these kind of things happen at times and can't be avoided. While we were waiting, the helper actually washed our whole car - wow. Again, I would be happy to stay there again as three of us had lovely time.

The hostess is amazing lady and you know that she cares about you. The rooms, bathrooms were great - spacious, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. Having clean, mini kitchen with microwave, hotplate, sink, fridge was awesome. The sitting area was great to have a meal. The outdoor garden to sit and have tea/coffee was great. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend others to stay there if they are in the area. My son had booked it and he immediately told me that this is much better than the pictures he had seen on the internet. Their household helper was so great that while we were waiting to leave, he actually washed our car and it looked like new. Our car was DIRTY because we had been in the Kruger national park and it was shining after the helper washed it. Though we were just going to the airport from there, it put a smile on my face to see the car nice and clean. Our stay was relaxing and the hostess told us to stay beyond our check out time, and sleep in and rest before the flight. And yes, the internet was fast so we were able to do our Covid tests online, talk to our overseas family and upload pictures. Uploading few pictures. We had two rooms and two bathrooms. The place is much better than the pictures I am uploading. The second room also had mini kitchen, showing in the picture. The sitting room with kitchen has no picture as I forgot to take it. Rest of the pictures have our family in it, so I can't post it.

Matress on one of the beds. This was not critical and fortunately there was 2 beds so used the alternative which was perfect. It would be unjustified to complain about anything re accommodation. Perhaps a bit more knowledge from person responsible for geust reception re restaurants in town and recommendations for meals in town.

No breakfast included. Photos from outside accommodation does not justify the beautifull place. Very good value for money and extremely neat and clean. Very comfortable and well equiped rooms that makes your stay such a positive and welcome experience. Will definately use again.

I had neighbours in the room next-door, and could hear them through the door/wall separating our rooms. It was a a little disturbing but not the end of the world.

This is a lovely apartment with a lovely host. Everything I needed and more. I was really happy that there was a fridge, a shower and a bath, microwave, comfy beds and couches, reading books, fresh fruit and Netflix. I was only there for one night but could easily have stayed longer.
