The check in process was nice and welcoming. The fresh smell immediately gave a homely feeling. The room was phenomenal and spacious. The broadband of the internet was very impressive and the quick response from the host was highly appreciated. He assured that I was as comfortable as possible. The is a variety of teas and coffees at the kitchenette and 24/7 access to something to nibble on. This host really knows how to cater for his guests. I'd definitely go back.

The "filtered" water they provide still tastes terrible. Had to buy my own bottled water to be able to drink the coffee and tea. No obvious outside spaces to relax in.

Although no breakfast was advertised, they do have complimentary food in a shared kitchen like fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheese and breakfast cereal.

I enjoy Ark because it is so comfortable en close to everything. I always stay in room 1 because we enjoy the dogs so much. The weekend was so much fun. Thank you Pine for the friendly service and comfortable guesthouse.

The shower in the room I stayed in had minor issues, the walls and the glass had a lot of calk stains on, I know it's hard to get in out, just saying and the door struggles to open a bit. But other than those 2 small problems, it was wonderful, thank you

I had to meet my boy very early, so I couldn't have breakfast. but the "ON THE GO" breakfast was very nice although I forgot to pick mine up.

It is a refreshingly tranquil guesthouse, where you can relax after a long day of demanding work. The owner went out of his way to accommodate special requests and the employees are super wonderful. A place definitely to recommend. You will see me again!

It was one of my nicest stays at a guesthouse, didn't want to leave. Pine and his team were amazing. He does so much more as a host alot of Guesthouses can come and get some tips form Pine.

The fact that I have only discovered ARK Guesthouse now after being to Potchefstroom quite a few times before!

I have travelled to Potchefstroom before and previously stayed at other Guesthouses. ARK Guesthouse is by far the best I have been to and they will definitely see us again! The rooms and facilities are outstanding. Very safe area and less than 5min away from NWU. The self-help breakfast had an excellent spread and very well thought through. The warm breakfast was meticulously served. When we arrived, we felt comfortable and settled in right away! Thank you Pine, Hannetjie & Annel for making our 5 day stay at ARK Guesthouse our home away from home!

A very accommodative place, host very friendly. There’s an 24/7 self-service kitchen for tea and light snack.. you don’t go hungry in a day/night. It’s is close to the shopping center and also town. I really enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommend it. All the way from KZN to NW

Everything! The accommodation was of high quality and I felt like I was at home. The owner Pine was extremely helpful and willing to assist. The services were of high quality and I look forward to stay here again IF they are available.

No access to the pool. Check TV remote: it was grimy and sticky.

I like the self-help breakfast. Think the kitchen might be a bit crowded when the place is full. Visitors might fight over the yoghurt :-)

In liked the room the availability of kitchen and loced the two Rotweiler’s also very much although they are safe behind our living space. And the owner is tremendously helpful and let the you feel home from home❤️
