The place is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and well-kept. Also, the top balcony area is really lovely and the view is beautiful.

* The braai facilities were not communicated thoroughly, there were no braai utensils, we had to borrow a braai fork, plates, and everything that goes with braaing. We were not informed that we should not expect the braai utensils and also the fact that if we braai there is no where we will be able to cook our porridge (we thought we could cook in our rooms) * Our cars are parked far from our rooms, which makes it very inconvenient if we need something in the cars, including just sitting in and listening to our own music. * On the last day, we were told that we can only have one egg during breakfast. I'm not sure what the issue was, but most ppl were extremely unhappy with that fact.

I liked more the view from the mountain, I liked the way the staff were so accommodating and friendly towards us. The food was very good and considerate of all the diversity one can think of.

The approximately 2.5km of gravel road to the property. The entrance is still in construction, so there was a bit of discomfort in the parking area. Also, we had an encounter with a huge scary spider which had made a home against the verandah ceiling but it was removed promptly by staff.

The tranquility of the place! Friendly, prompt & helpful staff. Clean fresh linen. Spacious and clean rooms with large bathroom & lovely patio with chairs & table for each room. It made a nice chilling spot. Provision of insecticide in every room. Nature-friendliness of the place. Nice clean swimming pool. Multiple pool chairs & umbrellas. Great peaceful location if you need time away from the buzz of a city. Last but not least, a beautiful room decor and lovely chocolate treat for our anniversary.

The linen was not soft, making it a bit uncomfortable. There was not a variety of coffee to choose from, as a coffee lover that wasnt great.

Asante is located in a great location, close to most tourist attractions. The room was fresh and clean. They also offered tasty breakfast.

We checked out at 4:30, Zalama was so kind to wake up earlier in the morning and prepare breakfast and packed in bag, it was boxing day so appreciate the effort. Braai facility onsite was very good, pool had warm water and in centre location.

The road to get to the property is very very bumpy. When it rains it becomes very muddy and cars have a very hard time getting to the property.

Just their hot water system disappoints on the last morning,,,,,also i think you should improve on adding towels depending on guests number..accomodating a room.

I loved the pool area and braai area.staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming.the food where very lovely and delicious.

They did not communicate the issues they had on time. My booking was made for couple but we still found beds separated. Also breakfast was not changed (and there wasn't much to choose from) - though they mitigate the situation
