We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaIt is a pity that not all guests obey by the rules, their were a few who did not adhere to the indoor poll rules and when they were asked to obey by the staff they made a big fuss about it.
it is a lovely resort, peace and quiet all around. Lots of activies to do,some of the hiking trails are a bit challenging but still worth doing it. Lots of wild animals to see on the eco ride.

The resort was very clean and well-maintained, with well-groomed lawns and clean swimming pools. The restaurant was modern and spacious with a lovely patio overlooking a pond and waterfall. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant menu is varied and the food was very tasty. The resort accommodation provides something for everyone’s taste and budget. Our mountain cabin was clean and spacious. Although the decor is dated, the beds were comfortable and everything worked. It was lovely to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. Security is good and we felt safe.

South AfricaThe beds in the rooms we slept in were uncomfortable, very hard. Same with the couch, very hard. We were four in a room and only had one toilet to use. Coming back to the room after enjoying a day out in the sun was draining when one thinks of the uncomfortable beds and couch.
