The room. The carpet was dirty so was the toilet, we had to clean it ourselves. So we checked out and had to find a new place to stay. We did not receive a refund.

Place smelt like mold, and they gave a room that wasn't ready for accommodation and had to wait an hour to get it ready. Woken up with the loud sound of a generator early in the morning with no regard for the still sleeping guess.

The Staffing right from the reception are non challant and manipulative, For a double bed they gave me a twin bed and i still had to pay same amount as the double bed even after the receptionist told me i will pay little less, looking at my account in the morning i saw i still payed same amount, i want my refund of that extra. They said it was bed and breakfast on booking.com in morning i ask for breakfast but they said it no breakfast, I had no choice but to pay for breakfast but the bacon was burnt generally the food is a mess not worth the price the waiter claimed that the chef is sick so i ask why didnt they just close the kitchen? in morning they where in a rush to tell me check-out time is 10:00 but verify right now as we speak on Booking.com and you will see the checkout time should be 12:00. dont go to this establishment you will be wasting your money.

The pictures on the website is highly misleading.Thr walls is dirty.the carpets has seen it's years.The communication was bad booking was wrong.I would never recommend this place.The manager told me that this facility is a hostel not a hotel so their advertising is misleading.

The advertisement stated a twin room with balcony views of Table Mountain. none of the rooms have balconies. I specifically filter my booking.com search to fine places that offer balcony views I get to the room, its just a window looking out. Wasn't worth the money i spent. I could have out an extra R100 by and gotten a hotel room on Hyperli

Nothing worked in the room ,only a bath and no shower and the bath didn’t even have a plug . The sitcom was broken and worst of all the toilet . Absolutely disgusting how they maintain this place .
