Whilst I understand that the hotel operates on a hostel type platform, a kettle for early morning tea/coffee would have been much appreciate.

Location was very convenient for our purposes. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay.

Our door didn't close unless if we lock it, our TV wasn't playing and wasn't fixed before the stay ended.

There's no kettle, no coffee, no tea or even a bottle of water in the bedroom. You have to buy it at the bar for R20. The ac is not working, and no room service. So when we arrived at 9PM, the restaurant is already closed and my family had to sleep with empty stomach. And please bring your own toothbrush, tooth paste and shampoo.

The breakfast options is quite standard. It it a budget hotel after all. They will arrange a car for you to the Airport

No lift. Stairs are the only way to get to your floor. Doors need to be more secure in the sense that they were knocking against the door frames most of the night

We could hear the renovations all day long. There was no turn-down service for our last 3 days. You have to ask the front desk for toilet paper and amenities.

The staff at the hotel are very accommodating, but this is a budget hotel so what you pay for is what you get. It also is located in a great spot. If you're looking for something just to sleep at, then this hotel is perfect for that.

It would have been better if they would offer Full English breakfast where you can select for your self. The pool needs to cleaned properly because I swim with the leafs on cold water, if possible the should introduce something to warm the water late.

The breakfast menu has to be updated, I had full breakfast with warmed baked beans and the bacon was dry for 2 days, the hotel needs to add cereals and warm milk. The full breakfast needs to be accompanied by a fruit or a yogurt

Day shift staff said bar would be open till 12 midnight and bar closed at 10pm. I called 10:30 to order a drink to the room as the bar was supposed to be opened as mentioned Jonathan who was on night shift said this was not possible but in a ery sarcastic manner (“I know i work here”) is wat i was told wen saying that i was told the bar would be open. When i returned after 12 i asked for glasses and Ice and again he was unhelpfull i had to remind him that im a paying guest and he should do better to assist me , again a sarcastic comment and said i could speak to his manager. Bitter end to a good stay

Bird making a noise outside my room widow. Window sills and windows not cleaned due to birds. Heard some very loud rattles and bangs when the wind blows .

Hi property is gaining momentum. As new owners have taken over. We have seen that all staff and management trying to build the business of which I am glad to see . Well done to the staff for trying their best to make out stay a good one .

Facilities in the room. There is no provision tooth brush and paste. Hot drinks service is not available.

Proximity to the center of Cape Town was very good. The area seems very secure.
