I did not like the manager's abrupt manner( the white guy that was on duty) When I called for him he was shouting to one of the waiters that he is busy and she must help me so loud down the corridor. I confronted him about it and he simply said sorry I was busy with spread sheets. Thought it was rude and callous. You can give more options on your menu as well please but other than that loved it and will be back

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! I liked everything but what really stood out for me was one of the cleaners that cleaned my room. You have a gem in Manisha! She is really more worth than just a cleaner. I can actually see her as someone in charge! She made my stay extra special!

It was my second time to choose the hotel and will return again and again. Friendly staff, they gave me a better room than the previous time I stayed there. Food is fantastic and so is the service from the staff! Keep it up. I booked to stay a night longer to enjoy everything they offer.

The food. The restaurant staff was not friendly. She lets you order first before telling you stuff on the menu is not available. Literally everything on their menu was not available and it's not a full menu to begin with. Eneded up eating chicken wings for dinner. Even that was a joke because the menu said 4 wings and the only brought 3 and said they ran out. It didn't feel like a hotel, no customer care or accommodation of any of the customer requests. We didn't eat there again for the rest of the stay.

The location, it's on a beautiful mountain surrounded by lots of green trees. The security is on point, the guy will not let you leave without making sure what is what. We appreciate knowing he took his job seriously. The price was also great, the room was quite affordable.

The check in took us so long at some point the lady even told me it’s fully booked yet I was able to reserve a room from Bookings.com. she then said “ ohh it seems like there’s another room for you”she seemed not to be sure of what she was looking for and kept asking me about the room I booked if it’s the one with a balcony or not so many questions to confirm if I really booked the room.where else I believe she should’ve just shortened the process with my booking reference number and that’s all. it was a very lengthy process honestly after a long drive when you get to the hotel all you need is just to get keys to your room after paying . When we get to the room the carpet was very dirty. it was swept but it needed some deep cleaning coz it even turned brown . I was very disappointed also to find lots of blood stains on the sheets right at the top corner of where my head should be at . had to turn them over so the stains are @list on my feet as I only discovered that in the middle of the night when we now came back to sleep .

The rooms are very spacious. and liked the size of a king bed.The atmosphere outside was very beautiful and calming .. the views of a swimming pool and green nature was so beautiful and peaceful. also liked the security at the gate does the job very well to keep us safe .

The toilet seat need to be replaced. The ceiling of the room need some paint. We were in room 1 There can be at least two cremora bags per person.

The deluxe suit is newly built and absolutely beautiful. The room was warm and very clean. It’s exactly like the pictures and even better.
