The property was exceptional so clean and it felt like a true home from home. The staff could not do enough for us and were so welcoming and attentive. The room we stayed in was like it’s on sanctuary plus the food and the drinks were 10/10. Don’t think about it just book it. Best experience we have ever had.

The rough journey to get there, a stretch of about 30 kms traveling on gravel road. The road is okayish but would recommend a van and avoid taking a small vehicle

My visit was truly exceptional. The lodge itself is a hidden gem surrounded by nature and the view of mountains 👌. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food served at the lodge was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Overall, the lodge was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this hidden oasis to anyone looking for a serene and relaxing getaway.

Everything about the place is magical and incredible. The property on its own is beautifully designed, the staff are nice and anticipate most of your needs. The food is amazing and the game drives are filled with excitement and adventure. The accommodation is exquisite. I will definitely be going back

It’s placed amongst amazing mountains which in turn makes it very hard to access. It takes 3 hours from Joburg and 1 hour on a dirt road. We didn’t feel comfortable driving ourselves and the accomodation doesn’t offer a pick up- when asked they tried charging close to $800 aud each way which is excessive. We didn’t see many animals and not all of the big 5 I think because it’s new and need to add more animals / need the animals to become more comfortable with humans and cars around

Such a beautiful property, the staff are soooo lovely and helpful, the accommodation is great and it’s all inclusive which is even better!

Babohi is a rare gem. A divine experience from the beginning til the end. The hotel settings and design are sublime, not to mention the quality of service and amenities. Every employee is attentive and smiling. We received outstanding service, from the reception to the restaurant, from the maintenance of our suite to the spa. A special mention to Pieter and Rudolf, who made our stay an everyday paradise. An unforgettable experience that we recommend to everyone! Spacious room, comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness, varied food and interesting selection of drinks. Spa treatments were well executed. Last but not least, our extremely experienced guide Rudolf took us on unreal and memorable "safari games".

The location is amazing. You literally feel like the only ones there. It’s a perfect spot for a romantic break. The views are breathtaking. The staff are absolutely incredible they go above and beyond for you and make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I would highly recommend BABOHI and we will be back ♥️

Absolutely everything! I visited Babohi to celebrate my birthday and it was made to be special by every single person from the very beginning. What convinced me to choose Babohi was the great reviews I had read. As stunning as the place is, what I liked most about the property is the people/ staff. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious.. There is daily laundry services provided.. The food is delicious, there’s a Spa and gym on-site, the views are spectacular, and the Game drives are intimate. I highly recommend a visit to the property.

If we really had to knit-pick, the couples massage room can do with improvement. It can be a bit more soundproof. The noise from outside is audible. The room can really do with air-conditioning, especially in such a warm area. Getting a massage while feeling hot is not as pleasant as it could be.

The accommodation was more than we expected, super spacious, lovely private outdoor seating and plunge pool. The bathroom is exquisite, with large sliding doors opening up to an outside shower, so you get the same feeling as showering outdoors. Lots of thoughtful extras. Very private and peaceful with lovely views of the bush and close to the fence so you see animals walking by. The main building with the bar and restaurant is perched high on a cliff, so the views are exceptional. Dining is a lovely experience, and the food and service is superior. The game drives are the best we've been on. The guides are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to make it an unforgettable experience. One of the main reasons why we will be returning to this establishment is the staff. They were exeptional and really went above and beyond. Their service is faultless and professional but at the same time making you feel at home. The vibe the create is friendly, upbeat with lots of wit and humor, which is refreshing for an establishment of that standard.

In order to travel to the property there is an extensive dirt road, however this is obviously beyond the control of the group.

This is a very beautiful property with excellent amenities and great views. The guides were knowledgeable and the staff very friendly.

The experience at Babohi was amazing. The staff were welcoming and willing to help with every detail. The game drives with Brendon were fantastic. Neli at reception was extremely helpful and courteous. We were celebrating a special event and the staff went out of their way to make the experience incredible for me and my partner. The spa on the premesis was amazing and the treatments were wonderful. They have a chef on site, and each meal was a great culinary experience. 10/10 recommend!!
