Mentioning the wifi password

Location was perfect and it was easy to collect the keys. Unfortunately they forgot to mention the wifi password but other then that it was exceptional.

The house needs another geyser. The hot water gets cold after 2 people shower however the house is equipped for 6 people.

The nearby poor communities close to the area. The workers asking for cold drinks and piece jobs, washing cars. Noisy neighbours at number 14, luckily it was only for 1 day. The WiFi was not working for the TVs, could not watch Netflix, etc.

The villa was exactly like in the pictures, beautiful. The beautiful nature surrounding the estate, elephants were regular visitors. The facilities were good, the gym, tennis courts, and swimming pools

We were surprised that there were two long term projects on the go the entire weekend. Firstly, the property next door is being built, with builders, machines and noise through friday and saturday, as well as green groundsheets blocking parts of the view of the bush. More worrying is the sewage project that ran the entire weekend. The hotel and lodge is redoing their septic tanks and have trucks pumping sewage from 7-7 everyday - right next to the property. This makes staying at the property nearly impossible during the day. The noises are constant, but more problematic is the strong smell of sewage pervading the entire property, making it impossible to lounge at the pool, or enjoy any of the amenities. Even eating is not pleasant. We had german guests who found the entire process disturbing. Some of our guests developed stomach problems, which may not be related, but can possibly be. Great Villa- however, the owners must be aware of the current projects, making staying there difficult. None of this is relayed when making the booking. They do not seem to have a problem to ask the normal booking fee. This is an expensive rental and as customers wanting to book something special for the weekend, and thus using a platform like booking.com, we have grown accustomed to better information with our choices. Had we known that these projects would be on the go over the entire weekend we would have made a different choice.

Good facility, modern amenities. Lively braai and deck facilities with a firepit. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable.

We had to double pay for our game drive. This was due to systems not talking to each other promptly. There has to be a real time interface between the reception and game drive office systems. However, my refund is being processed and I didn't have to prompt Bakubung they called me to alert us.

Breakfast was excellent, even though it was a buffet the staff members were friendly. The facilities were out of this world.

The property was well appointed and spotless. All the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms making it easy to share the house. It literally had everything you could wish for. The best part was the view over the water hole.

The weekend was quite hot and we only had one umbrella outside. There seemed to be a short of 2 umbrellas, one upstairs and another in dowstairs patio. We requested an additional umbrella, only to be brought the day we were departing.

The house is stunning, clean and beautifully furnished. The host/ owner thought of everything in the kitchen regarding utentils and appliances.

I don't have any recommendations for improvement. EVERYTHING, including staff, was spectacular and far exceeded the group's expectations.

The location in proximity to the park entrance to the park was incredible. We were out of the place and into the park/viewing animals in under 5 minutes!
