After full payment was made, we received an email saying...No towels provided. COMMUNAL BRAAI, (unit is on 8th floor). No tea, coffee etc, No dishwasher. Check in 16h00. R1500 deposit (refunded in 7-10 days). All dishes to be cleaned and packed in cupboards. (We had to wash everything before use as nothing was clean)

Just wish we knew from the get go that towels were not included as we were travel from Jbay to Cape Town and back through Mossel Bay and did not take towels with u as it was provided at all the other self catering units we stayed at. Also the wifi did not work the entire time we stayed there

The view from my balcony was superb my family totally enjoyed it. Wouldn't mind staying there again infact it will be my home if and whenever I go to Mossel Bay for vacation.

Staff was very efficient & helpful. Apartment is well furnished and larger than most. Beds are super comfy. Sea view, pool view and water park view is exceptional. Location is perfect, on the beach but close to the malls, garages etc Would definitely recommend.

The wind movement through the building is disturbing and not nice at all. The passages can be enclosed with with walls and windows to prevent the heavy wind draft through the building

There was a peculiar drainage smell in the shower of one of the rooms so much so that our boys couldn't use their shower

The parking garage is slightly tricky to navigate but very safe.

There was a strong chemical smell coming from the toilet / drain, which together with relatively poor ventilation in the main bedroom caused discomfort. I don't think it is unit specific. Unit could be better appointed for self catering purposes, but had all the basics.

The view and location is excellent. Unit is spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Under cover parking.

Only 4 cutlery items in kitchen. It would not cost the owner much to increase to at least 6 or even better, 8, items. Smell in main bedroom, bathroom was unpleasant. Smelled like a leaking drain.

The apartment booking required a security deposit, which is repayable within 10 days. When I enquired about this, I was informed that my documentation had been lost. At the end I did get my deposit back, but I wouldn't have if I didn't enquire about it.

Very spacious, much larger than expected! Wonderful view, direct access to the beach. Comfortable furniture and beautiful interior decorating. 😌

Everything was in order. Just 4 plates and 4 cups, etc, so you have to keep it clean to use. 6 of each would be helpful. Maybe you can state on booking that you need to bring your own bath towels. We did not get that message time and had to buy some

No braai facilities on th patio. Why do you need to hire everything extra. Please give people a list beforehand about the old age home rules. Get covers for the rainy days at the braai area. Someone staff not so friendly and helpfull. I think on the first night someone at reception needs to explain where to go and where the units is or go and show the people. It was our first time and also a group of people. But overall I will visit the place again.

Everything was nice like the unit. The seaview was awesome there is everthing you need in the units.
