The kettle did not work so we could not drink coffee. There was no curtain in the bathroom so everyone that walked by could see us in the bathroom. The pillows didn't smell fresh we had to lay our towels over the pillows so that we can't smell it.

The shows that took place in the parking area weren't ideal as us guests had to clear out of the bottom terrace. Too many youngsters hanging around the front of the hotel. The fact that we paid so much for the self catering units and not being supplied with bath towels. The shower carpet wasn't changed during the two weeks that we were there.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The accommodation was great.

The smell of drain inside…it was awful, something need to be done with extractor fan in secondary bathroom and the Exhaust of the toilets No privacy in specific bathroom, frosted windows not adequate- We saw a lot of other flat cover windows with towels etc ( we used a refuge bag) For the price: *no Washing or Dishwasher *No Towels We could only book in at 16:00 the afternoon

No cleaning service. No dishwasher or tumble dryer. You have to leave the apartment clean (or pay a fine) with only a broom and bucket in the cupboard. Lifts were out of order about 4 times having to carry luggage from the 10th floor is no joke. And don't try and arrive earlier after 10 hours on the road,staff told us we were taking chances...

If it was not for the lady whose service was super poor at breakfast the morning of 27 September, our stay would have been Exceptional. The exceptional service we received from the rest of the staff, was overshadowed by her behavior. What a pity.

Great location. Great food. Great service from the guy at reception and the lady serving us dinner that night. The lady serving us breakfast the following morning, was not on par. Maybe she had an off day. Will still refer friend and family.

Wi-fi does not work in the rooms. The check out time of 9AM is a bit too early. 10AM would be better. The check in time of 4PM is a bit too late. 2PM would be better. They should also warn guests that there is no tea and coffee available in the unit.

The layout of the apartment, the lack of windows in the 2nd bedroom and bathroom, caused the place to be very dark and damp.

Check-in is very late. The wifi didn't work. The cutlery needs to be replaced as they are not in good condition. The kitchen sink drain smells very bad. Once checked in, we received a very long list to check if everything on the list is in the apartment. This takes a while as everything from the curtains to toilet brush is on the list. It would be nice if towels and dish wash soap would be supplied at the very least.

The self-catering apartment is very big with a nice view.

I did not like that book in was at 16:00 in the afternoon. 0ne lift was broken and left with only one that works, and staying on the 11th floor took for ever to get a lift. Bathroom smelled bad when extracting fan was not on all the time.

The fact that no bath towels are provided, is dissapointing. The property is also not serviced and should be at least once every week. One of the two elevators were not working. Common areas were grubby and dirty. Glass doors were dirty.

The first room we were allocated did not smell good. The toilet was blocked and had a lot of water on the floor around the toilet. It could not flush. The toilet seat was extremely dirty with yellow urine stains on the seat and the lid. It was disgusting. Found very moulded (July expiry date) bread buns in the kitchen cupboard. Many items on the inventory list were not in the unit, e.g, no mattress or pillow protectors, even though it was checked off by house cleaning that it was present. This was obviously not checked and only ticked by house cleaning. Only one lift worked during our stay. This one lift had to service all 12 floors... There were building renovations taking place in the unit next to ours, which I feel could have been done outside of the school holidays. The fire alarm went off numerous times, causing false panic. After which, people started to ignore it, which is a safety risk. The spotlights at the braai area were not working, making it difficult to see at night.

Our second unit on the 11th floor was a nice unit. The unit was clean and had a great view. Reception and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant had delicious food and great coffee! The hotel lobby area was beautiful, nice and clean. The swimming pool area was very nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool!
