We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

EswatiniI booked for a room with an extra bed and when we checked in, i was told that the room is booked and its booking .com faulty. I didn't believe that at all but i didn't want to cause some noise. in short, the room we paid for, we didn't get it, we had to squeeze in one bed with my kids although the beds are quite big. I have learnt that after booking confirm again with the establishment to hold them accountable for what you are paying for.
The rooms are very neat and clean. Bed is so comfortable and its a walking distance to the beach

Quite an excellent stay, swift check-in, clean room, awesome bed, quick room service, the restaurant did not disappoint at all. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff there.

SwedenVery stylish, new, modern and overall good-looking interior. Rooms are very spacious with also high ceilings creating an airy modern atmosphere. Family-room about 80 m2! Cleaning impeccable everywhere. Very friendly, welcoming and service-minded staff with also personal engagement from the owner. A good restaurant with lots of great food and drinks, which was also popular by local guests, which is aleays a good sign. Would definitely recommend!

One road away from the beach, the facility has a restaurant on-site. The food is really good, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it - for that price you'll have to go far to get better!
