Because of the industrial theme, there is a lot of echo from noises in the hallway. When someone closes their apartment door it sounds like it slams close. You are awaken by the sound, and if you are traveling for work is affects your sleep. The TV is well positioned. You cannot watch TV from the bed as a third of the TV is blocked by the closet. Strange, you have to sit on the edge of the bed to be able to watch TV. Also annoying is that the shower hits you against the nose. Not everyone is 1,6m. I am 1,92m and couldn't get under the shower.

Classical tile floors throughout the 2 room apartment. Bedrooms did not have the windows, but we had large balcony

Modern property just around the corner of the Nelson Mandela square Had small gym, which could be used for exercise. Restaurant and bar accessible through hotel had good selection and quality of food and drinks

I feel the common spaces are nice however the apt decor is a bit too basic & bland/plain. It feels very dorm room-ish. Its also missing little things like a hook in the bathroom for a towel/robe, a cutting knife, dish detergent & rag/sponge (although housekeeping will wash you dishes) so you have nothing to wipe the counter off with if you try & cook, you have to request pot pans iron etc. Small touches that make a big difference. The wifi is not secure'd with a password to get on.

Staff is excellent. Restaurant food good! Common areas are nice. Daily events going on.

I booked a two bathroom apartment and only got one bathroom. The entire apartment has only two windows in the living space. For a claustrophobic person all bedroom had to be open all the time

I got a little annoyed with my room location. I was right above the restaurant. I felt like I didnt have privacy being the restaurant staff is standing right there. I understand they want to say hello but if i step out on my patio in the morning, I dont want to be bothered. Also , the music was loud and disruptive at times. The housekeeping became a tad bothersome. They would not let me rest. I didnt need service every day and I told them that but they persisted. They even came in and woke me up at times. A few small things came up missing too. Lastly, every time i came into contact with Vuyani, the security guard, there was always a problem as if he was King and you had to appease him. Just keep the place secure and let me be!!

The hotel layout can be annoying. Being given one key card was also annoying as you need to open the doors rhat lead to the elevators, so when my friend had to leave id stay without light in the room. They need to give more than one key car when they have more than onw guest in a room. Staff were not very friendly or helpful. I felt safe at this and the location is great but I wouldn't stay here again.

There are no pots (even though there is a stove/kitchen), cloths or dishwashing liquid so we couldn’t really clean up after ourselves which was not ideal. The sofa in the TV room is also not the greatest choice, but would definitely return.

Very cute space. The apartment was clean with a super comfortable bed. Easy check-in process and friendly staff. WiFi works well, Netflix and other streaming sites available on the TV.

Room could be improved with small additions - a towel rail in the bathroom, a stool or rack to put a suitcase on, some basic utensils to use in the kitchen, a door stop for the balcony door, etc. Should make it clear that to use the TV you need to use you own accounts for Netflix, etc.

The room itself was spacious but there were some areas that felt cramped. The bathroom as a whole was tiny, it was a struggle to move around in the bathroom. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything happening in the corridor, not very pleasant.

I loved that they had a smart TV and the bed was nice and big and very comfortable. The free toiletries provided smelt divine and the shower was fabulous.
