This hotel is very average for a 4 star hotel. There were no TV remotes in the room, and we struggled to get the aircon to work properly, the room was very hot, they could have cooled down the room before we arrive.

The gown in the cupboard was AMAZING!

The cleaning lady & guy took something in our room, and acted like we the craze ones, then after we insisted they took it, only then they brought it back with a funny twisted lie, but thankfully we got it back..

The hotel is nice, however they could do with change changing towels and bedding, the old and torn and completely off white..

The hotel could have Lifts or easy mobile luggage carrier to upstairs, but the staff offered to carry my luggage upstairs.

The staff was awesome and friendly, when i checked in the staff was welcoming and made us feel welcomed.

Excellent property and very convenient to shops as well as nature reserves for those who would like to go hiking. Front desk staff ( Bontle, Mathabo, Karabo and Pretty) is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful, And not forgetting the security guys were very helpful. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and had an amazing pool view. Loved the morden furniture as well I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pretoria.

I didn't like the fact that we had to wait about 30minutes when we arrived before we could be assisted, though I understand that the staff were in a meeting..

The hotel is very clean, and staff is also helpful when ever you need anything.. I found the pricing was value for money I enjoyed my food especially the dinner on Saturday night it was 👌 I will like to come back sometime..

Interior design problematic. Inadequate lighting over the (double) workstation made working at night impractical. In contrast, far too many very bright (undimmable) lights over the bed. Lock on balcony door seized.

Accessible location, large and comfortable suite. Attentive and helpful staff. The best burger I've eaten for a long time! Room was well-prepared and clean.

Cleanliness impressed us. Staff sevices was excellent especially when we experienced TV problem, was fixed immediately. ADVICE-- Lack of under cover parking was the problem, we worried thinking if hail and strong winds can happen the car will be destroyed.

Breakfast fast good, it was health meal for senior citizens. It was served with style and in our room 👌👌👌

This time around, issues with booking. Usually book via Booking.com. Rates reflecting on my mobile discount, was not what the hotel received. Luckily the manager sorted it out. Thank you. But even after paying before arrival, seems like that was not very clear, double paid but eventually a refund was made. On my genius level 2, I qualified for a free room upgrade but that wasn’t fixed. And dinner closes at 20:00, that is a bit early as most times people check in at that time after work or if flying in from a different town.
