Very minor quibbles: water pressure in shower a little low, and wardrobe cupboard door unable to close without a sock etc jammed in.

The old house and garden are attractive and spacious. The house is ideally situated: easy to walk into town, yet quiet. The cooler weather meant the fireplace could be used - a bonus. Well-equipped kitchen too. Ample blankets, pillows etc.

The water took 15min to get warm in the shower!!! Could only have coffee once as there was not enough milk.

The house was absolutely wonderful. Attention to detail, decor, serenity of the garden....fabulous!

We loved the huge majestic old house, which is beautifully furnished with antique pieces and vibrant artworks. It was great to relax on the comfy couches on the front stoep and enjoy the gorgeous garden. A well equipped kitchen and scullery, large braai area and sunny dining room all made this stay absolutely wonderful. The little touches and exceptional attention to detail, such as emergency lights in case of load shedding, matches and firelighters and wood for the braai, coffee and tea: all made us feel extra special.

The shower in the main bathroom. 1. It takes a while to heat up. 2. It has a very small showerhead that barely covers you with water. 3. There is no shower screen/curtain resulting in half the floor being underwater after a shower.

The Bluebell Country House is a very large, original house that has been restored and renovated. Lots of space in the house and garden. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. Renovated bathrooms are nice.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, but would have been nice to have another plug adaptor next to the one side of the bed for the electric blanket. And more glasses would be great!

Lovely old house close to main street so it was perfect to park and walk to town. Home was clean and had lovely welcoming homely touches. Would definitely stay at Bluebell everytime we visit Dullstroom.

We loved everything, just take note that you need to run the hot water in the shower for quite a while before the hot water eventually comes through. We first thought we forgot to switch the geyser on, but no biggie, just to inform other guests.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay, the house is spacious and equipped with everything needed, we so enjoyed the fireplace in this cold weather, it is also walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Great place to just relax and enjoy the quietness of Dullies. I can't wait to go back.

It was my second time at Bluebell Country House. What a charming and spacious old house! One could spend hours sitting on the veranda or in the cozy corner in the dining room. The patio is also very private and secluded. The location is ideal- most of the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We really appreciated the fresh flowers in the lounge and enjoyed the clean and fresh bedding, with more than enough extra blankets . Hope to visit again soon...

The main bedroom shower is pathetic. You have to run it 10min for the hot water to get through and the shower head only allows a small stream to go throuh. The wood by the fireplace was wet and we couldn't make a fire.

The house is beautiful and on such a nice location. It is very private and a nice family venue. The house itself was cozy and well furnished.

Place was perfect, offering more than what we anticipated.

The old house, with wooden floors, antique furniture, and also the welcoming couches on the patio. Within walking distance from EVERYTHING. Save and secure.

The only reason i did not give 10/10 is because of the lack of shower in bathroom. One suggestion for the second bathroom is that it can have a shower screen.

The home was extraordinary. So neat and so clean. It had all the required amenities for a family. All the linen were very clean and neatly kept. The owner was kind enough to keep charcoal and extra wood for litting the fire place. The location was prime and had all the shops nearby. I had selected Dullstroom as a half way point in my way to Kruger. Was really good. The owner even informed us about the load shed in the evening. I repent for not spending more time in the house. Overall a nice place to stay with family.

The couches were a little bit uncomfortable to sit on after a while.

The house is centrally situated, easy to walk to all the local shops. We liked some of the "antique" furniture that gave the farm house it's quirky personality. The fireplace really came in handy on that freezing weekend!

There was only one bathroom, but it looks like they are busy with another one, which is very exciting. Would have been nice to have a motored gate or locking system at the gates. I just think we were four women, so we are more "safety conscious"

Oh, wow, what a lovely place. So spacious and beautiful, felt like an old farm stay house. Blessed with good weather and could sit out on the balcony. Clean and garden beautiful view and feel. Great place to rest. Will most definitely go back.

Continuous problems with tv which wasn’t connected on check in and then switched off every morning and needed to call to have management reconnect to their DSTV contract Gave up on the last morning as we were checking out - so followed news on my phone

Only the trouble with the toilet, but it wasn’t that much of an issue.
