Good day, I need to request a refund since when I reached the establishment it was full and it was after 8 in the evening. The owner Mr Gerald Moyo tried to assist and we called Booking.com several times.

Things that need attention are e.g. Bathroom - shower/flooe mats (to prevent slip and fall), bathroom she bins (for ladies sanitary towels), bedside tables. Parking facilities are available however, parking arrangements need to coordinated properly among clients.

The place has a potential to grow and its generally of acceptable standard. The service was also good.

None we ended up not sleeping there

Nothing at all there was no power when we got to the place and it was very scary stuff not so friendly they must get backup system in case of Eskom failure even rechargeable light bulbs will help

SCAM SCAM SCAM… We booked the place then were told to cancel the night before and they didn't want to refund us. One of our friends that booked there almost got raped at night and she had to run for her life… please be careful.

We didn’t sleep there Firstly Receptionist was drunk,they didn’t admit our booking .They made us uncomfortable asking us many questions with different Males coming in and out in our Room.They also refused to give us the keys. and make long call describing us.Ohh I was very unsafe.We didn’t use that place.We need our Refund.and we also include the Police

Toilets and bathroom, especially shower was extremely dirty. NO tables in the. Rooms, kettle was on the floor..... Walls were dirty No lock on the toilet Staff loitering outside the room from early morning till late at night. No Wi-Fi. Bedding has cigarette burn marks on.

Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean.

The bed was not comfortable, there were spider webs in the windows and the cutains had dirty stains. Roof of the room had dirty stains as if it leaks when it's raining.

It's the 2nd time this place has done such to me. First time when I got there I found out they were full, yet they accepted my booking and it didn't bother them at all, it was fun to tell me "you can cancel your booking on the app". Just this Saturday, again, this time around I found no receptionist just a drunk and very disrespectful security guard that couldn't help me, couldn't operate the computer to confirm my booking, and was proud about it, disrespectful. If you know what's good for you, I don't recommend that place at all, disappointed in every way🚮

Their Wifi connection is poor. I struggled with doing my work and joining meetings online. This can be improved tho, or maybe they can change the positioning of their router because the connection is weaker as you move from the gate to backyard. Another problem is the issue of the gate, for safety reasons and stuff it makes sense for the gate to be locked however if you will lock the gate guests should also have a spare key to use so that they can move in and out with ease. Having to ask for a gate to be unlocked now and then is really tiring honestly.

Well because I wasn’t looking for luxury rather convenience, this place is near the UKZN golf road campus of which that is where I had the appointment at, however it is away from the town, I had to order in. I would recommend it for people who are visiting PMB for business, it is quiet, chilled and affordable.

The place is not as advertised. Rooms very small and doors not properly closing. Breakfast not served as advertised. Only told in the morning that is not included to what I have paid for. Staff not friendly too. Everything was just so bad. I even asked for the manager to come and witness. There was 1 teaspoon with two cups 1 sachets of coffee with a lot of sachets of sugar.

WiFi was the only thing I liked about the place.
