It lacked attention to detail to have a 5-star rating. There was no dressing table in the room, no hairdryer and no plug close to a mirror to blow dry hair or any decent lighting to apply makeup. The lighting in the bathroom was also not good enough to use to apply makeup - the ceiling light wasn’t working at all, and there were bulbs in the dressing area that were also not working. Teeny milk pods for tea and coffee which are never sufficient. Only DSTV available which is outdated and unless there was a sporting event you wanted to watch, really nothing worth switching it on for - netflix is a much better option and should be available as an alternative in a 5-star establishment. Breakfast was ok - again lacked attention to detail, and my eggs both mornings were not cooked correctly. A coffee machine was available to help yourself, but we had to ask for a pot of tea, and then had to ask for milk for the tea, and whilst the waiter was pleasant and friendly, his service was not up to scratch.

The room needs to be updated. You kind of feel like you have been put in the storeroom. The cupboard where they keep broken printers and extra linen wasn't locked/broken which needs to be fixed and also found a spider in one of the cupboards to show that that room hardly gets used 🙈

The breakfast was really good and the staff that spoke to me was kind.

The parking area was quite cramped and very far away from the rooms resulting in quite a walk with bagage up to the rooms.

The breakfast was great with a large range of choice. Rooms were extremely clean and cleaned daily. Rooms have great little touches like bottle openers and wine glasses included.

- no shower gel provided in the bathroom - no electric blanket and the aircon wasn’t warm enough or the fan heater provided - breakfast was a buffet however small portions put out meaning can’t dish alot or go for seconds

The shower pressure was very low. There is a need to change the shower head and adjust the pressure. Other than that, the room was really lovely, comfortable and the bed was perfect

We stayed in a Luxury Room and I expected that there would be a bottle/s of water in the fridge, even if they wanted to charge us for it.

Loved the beautiful setting, the comfortable bed, and the ambiance. It was also close to the area we needed to visit for work, making it ideal.

It was very sad that I lost 15 minutes of my facial treatment time due to staff member leaving in between to go to the toilet. Whilst I paid for a full 60-minute treatment. Also, I would have loved to receive a notification from the Lodge to say that there is no water after traveling 26 hours to get to the Lodge.

The breakfast was very nice! Beautiful surroundings. The rooms are also very big and comfy. The porter was amazing and very professional! The host was very friendly and professional.

Did not get Room 5, which we pre booked with a balcony due to linen issue, substituted with room on lower floor and no balcony. Breakfast inconsistent as twice soft eggs were over cooked.

We had a wonderful stay at Bohemian House. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The property offers secured parking and is located in a very nice, secure area. The room we had wasn't huge but had everything we needed and was spotless. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
