You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThe room does need a little tlc and sprucing up, the shower drain was sunken in a bit and the bathroom counter was chipped in places. Blinds also weren't able to open in the kitchen area.

South AfricaGave a whole new meaning to the word "outdated"! The plugs were stuck in the basins , the shower had no pressure, so no water , the aircon was ancient-it had 1 vent that blew on my face all night and if you want to turn it off you have to leave the room and go down a flight of stairs in the middle of the night! The pillows were terrible and we only got 1 each. The bed was very low . The bar fridge was not on when we arrived. I booked for 2 people and there was only 1 set of towels , they had to fetch more . It didn't feel welcoming or like we were expected. They gave us a discount without me saying a word , which tells me thet knew the room was unacceptable. They have more rules than a nursery school . Don't put your suitcase on the bed . The only other place to put it is on the floor !
