The house keeping service was not nice at all .. very bad .. they did not bring us tea replenishments and change our towels

We only received one towel. The shower nozzle is fitted way to low. We had to kneel to wash our hair properly. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. Our aircon was broken, the curtains did not fit the railings. Limited TV channels. Our window overlooked the hotel's garden disposal area and washing lines. The staff came to clean our room super early, even if checkout was only at 10:00. It felt like we were being kicked out.

Very nice restaurant on premises. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pool area at the "cottages" were nice and clean.

I didn’t like anything……it’s just that I don’t like the fact that they don’t change sheet the following day . Also we want to serve ourselves at the breakfast.

Good locations with nice views and lots of pools . Superior room is nice and it doesn’t have privacy when using the bathroom . Tasty breakfast

Unfortunately we ordered dinner that took to long to be served. WiFi was very poor in our room, had to resort to mobile data to communicate with family. Improve TV viewing, Supersport channels needed.

It's a good place to visit, spent 2 nights and our nights were peaceful as we just needed quite time to relax. The room was clean & bathing space fine, the water was excellent. I would recommend the place and would come back on summer days.

We booked for a family of 4. We arrived very late, due to travelling. There was only 2 towels for 4 people. Also, there was 3 mugs,3 glasses,etc for a family room booked for 4. The bathroon window opens into what seems to be a laundry/communinal employee room. The noise was unberable in the bathroom and bedroom closest to the area, we stayed in 116. This started just before 7. To top it off, later a Departmental Head arrived to address the employees, I could hear every word of the exchange-information that a guest should not be privvy to know. I mentioned that we were there for a funeral and to wake up to this loud exchange was not pleasant. We just needed some peace and quiet.

The ladies at reception was excellent. Very helpful and went the extra mile. The rooms were clean. The overall property was beautiful.

Outside the room was not kept clean. I had to ask for the staff to clean but again due to the trees amd the aircon water outlet, it keeps getting dirty equally fast. And then the many monkeys that took the joy out of my trip. Had a confrontation with them on the first day amd that made my partner not to want to go to the pool area or sit outside to get the morning or sunset feel.

Everything was great from location to facility and to the room. Very welcoming staff and the kitchen was on point. The food was really nice, from breakfast to dinner. The bar tender also did our stay great justice.

The surroundings of the hotel, the pools, the picnic area and the garden was superb. There were a lot of places where we could take nice pictures. The security officers at the gate were nice and did not give us any problem.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, therefore I will not comment on it. The stay was well. We were not restricted to the arrival time back to the hotel after we went out, although we did not arrive very late in the night after our adventures.

The small patio outside the room was not clean sometimes. We couldn't really sit there. The other areas around the facilities are also not cleaned but they are so beautiful. It could be nice if the breakfast could vary, not the same thing for 3 days. Our shower door couldn't close properly, and the water takes long to drain while showering.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as they suggested activities for us which we absolutely loved. I loved the room we had. The bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows were big. They could improve on the maintenance of the entire garden and facilities as they have beautiful facilities and a garden that just need a little more love

I must say i enjoyed our allocated room, it was private . loved the menu and the pricing - 4 stars for the chef the natural beauty of the place. every morning you were greeted with monkeys or a peacock The upkeep of the place was another 4 stars
