The taps were problematic, couldn’t shower properly, the water was either too hot or too cold and because the tap was faulty.

Breakfast was very simple and bland. Better quality fruit juice and more variety would make all the difference. The fruit salad was essentially watermelon and grapes. Parking: we drove around in circles looking for minutes looking for our parking spot. Unnecessary anxiety that could be solved by better signage.

Can there be medication in the hotel, it can be the same as those found at the petrol station; I had to checkout earlier than expected because I fell sick with ulcers and no go to medical assistance on sight

My hotel room was in a very private secluded spot 10/10. Loved the view from our window; and not forgetting to mention the private pool 😍🤌🏾

The breakfast was not so good, it was buffet option throughout our stay and would have preferred if we could choose from the menu so we can have variety of food.

There was a lot of places to relax and pools so it was not too cramped with people. Service was very good and they were very friendly

Room service didn't replace our towels,we had to call,when they did come they locked the door with our roomkey inside,it took an hour for staff to come and unlock the door,which was not nice because we wanted to rest

Firstly the monkeys were too much,from grabbing our food to reducing us to our rooms,. Secondly we were told that there is a day visit fee but people were entering freely without paying such. Thirdly we were told that sheets are only changed if your stay is for 3days or more or if they seem dirty, which was a bit unhygienic. Lastly we booked in advanced and paid in advance but when we got there, they were out of family rooms.

I honestly like the serenity, the environment and the pools.

The hotel is located at a perfect area of Rustenburg and makes moving around easier. It is clean has friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Well …it was a room for 2 , but there was only one towel which was a bit small and no shower caps.. so struggled a bit there

It is very nice when you are looking for a peaceful place with a more nature like setup.The staff is also friendly and welcoming. It was my second stay there and wouldn’t mind going again😀

There were tenants making noise till the early hours of the morning and commotion in the next room with police showing up. Made things a little uneasy.

The place is very tranquil. I also took a swim in the pool, which is very clean and refreshing. It was great seeing some animals roaming around the yard. There is a lot of development in the location compared to when I first came—well done on that and the new blue buildings!

The air conditioner in room 112 was not functioning at all kept on switching it on but nothing was happening,and the tv's set up isnt viable with the way the bed is situated...as in when one is in bed you cannot see clearly the tv only shadows it need one to stand up to watch it.

Clean facilities... bedding,bathroom and all.

We had no water. If we had water there was no hot water.. The flooring was loud to walk on. Some TV channels wasn't so visible

The monkeys at the pool side made it uncomfortable for us to enjoy our braai and food. But nonetheless one of the staff members Fani assisted.
