We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This unit and the complex is exceptional with stunning views and entertainment. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Accessibility to the beach is super easy with easy access to the shops and amenities

South AfricaThe pillows were not comfortable, probably too old and after 2 days I had a terrible neck ache. The admin work was too much for me - after booking on booking.com we had to fill other forms, scan and email with ID and R1000 deposit. With advanced technology this could be improved e.g. sending ID picture via watsapp and using booking.com as only official booking confirmation. Check out at 9am is too early. No cleaning provided throughout our 4 day stay - other facilities provide free cleaning as standard service or on request. Too much dos and don't right in your face makes the experience uncomfortable e.g. threats of additional charges if not checked out by 9am, charges if room not cleaned etc. I understand these may be necessary to protect the service provider but it felt excessive, too threatening and right in your face. Feels like you are intruding or unwanted. I have booked several other facilities in KZN before but never had an experience like this one.
Excellent sea views from main bedroom and lounge, and right next to the beach. Rooms spacious, large TV with wi fi, tennis court, basket ball hoop and kids play area was very good to have

South AfricaGas braai had no gas. Geyser Water in communal bath was brown. Water interruption for a couple of hours. 9am too early to vacate.
Interior of unit was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Sea view was breath taking. Outdoor facilities were outstanding. There was much to entertain ourselves. My likes outnumber the few dislikes.

Unfortunately, We experienced a significant issue during our stay that greatly impacted our overall experience. During our stay at your hotel, encountered so many problems and we were not allowed to use some staff’s on the property kettles,air fryer,etc and we had to clean for our self and take the bin Out at the gate which is quite a distance and one car had to park outside without any shelter the whole weekend it didn’t feels like we were out relaxing with my friends imagine travelling 350 km and paying so much

The apartment is beautifully decorated with high quality appliances. The sea view was amazing.
