Upon booking on booking.com viewing my room details it was not the same. I find that it was misleading and nothing that I actualy wanted. That was rather unsetling. It also stated jacuzzi but on arrival when I asked about the jacuzzi they didnt have one. It also stated aircon but we only had a normal ceiling fan hat harly did anything

The R1000 deposit must be made in hard cash on arrival, the property is generally of a poor standard for a family resort (the gravel road leading to the property was the red flag), the bathroom facilities are disgusting (no shower door, toilets not working). Beds are hard as a rock and the free breakfast was worse than what you could make at home (Koo beans and scrambled eggs), we refused to wake up for breakfast on the second day.

I didnt like the braai area upstairs was very dirty especially on the counter and the floor was very dirty. The guest dining hall was very dirty and the table outside very dirty. In my room no 14 the TV was not working The fan was blowing just air.

The pools and the green plants were very good. The rooms , bed showers were very good.

The room was not what I was expecting. They can do more regarding cleanliness The room I requested was not the room I received. They should have rules as there was people making noise odd hours of the evening.

The property is not that clean. Some of the rooms beds mattresses are completely finished. Spa massage staff are perfect for the job, but the facilities could use an upgrade. Checking in procedures are not up to standard as we had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes before being checked in, due to minor reasons.

The resort is not as clean as some of the pictures indicate, we were very disappointed with our stay. We paid for 3 standard rooms, all 3 rooms were completely different and not up to standard. The rooms were not cleaned adequately, there was dried brown dirt stuck behind the basins and a lot of construction work left incomplete. Some windows were cracked and unable to close, bathrooms were small and cramped around the lavatory area, shelfs were dusty, draws did not open and closer properly in all 3 rooms. I found many dead insects in my room leading to a very uncomfortable stay. The indoor “hot pool” was room temperature at the most and due to the humidity and poor upkeep of the pool the room walls were mossy. The other pools were okay and in better condition Lastly, the intercom at the gate needs to fixed ASAP. My family and I went out from the resort and returned back at around 6 pm – the main gate had been closed and we tried profusely to get a hold of reception. The intercom did not work nor did hooting 3 times – we were left idling as nobody opened the gate. I had to phone reception to get them to open, the person who answered could not understand me – it was a disaster. Overall, the resort is under construction but has been poorly designed leaving some rooms (like the ones my family are I stayed in) incomplete and in poor condition. This resort is definitely not an 8.2 and not worth it at all for the price.
