We found the cupboards in the kitchen are installed high - being a short family, we struggled to reach things.

Nice two bed cottage with lovely terrace with sea view and well maintained little garden. Easy walk to Boulders Beach, Windmill Beach and the boardwalk to the viewing platform. Great to have access to the pool too! Quiet, didn't often see or hear other guests staying. Sheltered from the wind - a plus when we were there.

Couldn’t ask for more .. View better than photos superb view excellent A/C and WiFi well equipped kitchen and great bathroom . Everything worked and was of a very high standard . Didn’t need to liaise with Heather during our stay because there was nothing at all needed sorting . Well done Heather and your lovely staff hope to see you again on our next trip

Everything was perfect.

Heather was a super friendly host and always provided us with all the relevant information (e.g. regarding load shedding). The check-in and check-out process was super easy and comfortable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was simply stunning - especially the view. The cooking equipment and cleanliness were also excellent. If we come back to Cape Town, we will definitely stay here again.

Only thing was the windows in the room didn’t fit too well so they made a lot of noise with the stormy, windy weather we unfortunately had during our stay.

Very comfortable and clean with great facilities. Amazing views of Boulders Beach and the penguins. Excellent location within walking distance of Simon’s Town. Owners very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended place to stay.

Unfortunately only one bathroom, for four adults to share is not ideal, especially at the rate been charged.

Great location & view. Pretty & sheltered garden, with lovely birdlife. Fully equipped kitchen, with thoughtful touches like rusks & milk etc. Products in the bathrooms & a wonderful big shower with excellent water pressure :) Wood for the fireplace, an honesty bar at the pool area & backup lighting everywhere for loadshedding. The view is amazing and it has the most wonderful sunrises ☀️ It is the perfect location to explore the southern part of Cape Town! The hosts were lovely and welcoming. Would definitely love to stay again.

The location is amazing, just a 3 min walk from Boulders Beach. Heather was a lovely host and kept us updated throughout our stay.

Lovely stay, friendly hosts and enviable views. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Simon's town and used Penguin's view as a base to visit Cape Point, golf at near by Clovelly and the penguins. Lots of personal touches made this a special stay.

When we entered the room we were completely consumed by the view...however there's so much more than the view... the whole suite is amazing including comfort and the amenities it offers to its close proximity to visit the penguins at Boulders Beach. Heather has thought of everything and responded really quickly when needed Thank you!

Fantastic views over False Bay and being able to sit on the deck and see the penguins. We were close to town, close to the penguin beach, and close to the Cape of Good Hope. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see.

The location really was excellent, as were the views. The small touches, from the coffee set up, to available binoculars and area info. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The view is nice, but you can’t really see the penguins. They are quite far away and on the side. If you stretch your head you can see something, but I wouldn’t say you can see the penguins from there comfortably.

Very nice room. Super clean and well decorated. It had Netflix, which is a plus for us. The host was nice and gave us some good information for our stay. You can walk in 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the penguins reserve.

No oven🤷just a portable plate...which was fine.

The privacy was amazing.The owner had a nice surprise for us when we got there.Even allowed us to stay a little longer as arrived later then we should have.We not once saw anyone and was like we were on the property alone.If you're looking for peace and tranquility..this is the place to go☺️☺️.awalking distance to the penguin beach opposite a beautiful park.
