On our second night there was some guests in the below apartment, they were quite noisy and we had to use ear plugs to sleep. They also had a BBQ which caused quite a lot of smoke and smell to enter our apartment.

Nothing to dislike. Slight walk into Simonstown for nearly amenities but easy to get local taxis.

The penthouse is efficient and fully functioning though ageing a bit; bathrooms / blinds could do with an upgrade. When windy the windows rattle and noisy. Can’t walk to anywhere to eat (hotel below - only option - shut early when we were there early April). Noisy from our deck when kids in pool down below. The incredible view, the close proximity (short walk) to the penguins and the amazing coastal walk more than outweighs any of this.

We were in the Penthouse for two nights, and the sea view is quite breathtaking. The deck is huge and you can eat out there. The walking location to both the AMAZING Penguins and the wonderful coastal walks Boulders Bay offers is just amazing!

The property is perfectly located to the sea, spacious, clean, well equipped and so peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen clean and the views are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful.

My stay was too short! Honestly, I was so happy there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Beautiful location, private and with secure parking. A short walk to Boulders Beach and a lovely garden with swimming pool. Next time I’ll stay longer. It was absolutely gorgeous.

The deck surface and stairs to the entrance could have used a good clean. The cleaning crew and agent arrived 20 minutes early on check out day and we felt rushed to vacate. The washer was old and not very good. But it’s a lovely place overall and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Stunning views, spacious, good kitchen and living area. Nice and close to Boulders beach - just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay.

The views are absolutely amazing and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It's light and airy, comfortable, and you can see the penguins from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfortable. Very secure.

Stunning view and distance to penguins is an easy walk downhill. Very close to shops. We were very impressed with how accommodating Barbara was with any issues we had. I never felt that I was a nuisance. We were given the use of both garages when the other guests left. At no extra cost.

difficult to access the road from the parking bay and garage. The parking is just off the main road which is very busy. We did however manage. Not easy to access the beach for the elderly. Very steep from the beach to the house

During our last night, there was a rain storm. The noise was especially horrible downstairs and impossible to sleep. Thankfully, this was only one night. I wouldn’t want to stay there during the rainy season.

Excellent location for our planned adventures. The view of the ocean was wonderful from the deck. The bedrooms were comfortable. It would have been nice to have spent more than two days to fully enjoy the accommodations.

The comfort and space in the apartment. The magnificent views. This is a lovely apartment. The sofas and beds are comfortable with excellent quality bed linen. Very clean. We felt very at home and would happily stay again. Lovely walks along the coast. The penguin beach can be seen from the terrace. Excellent restaurant close by (Seaforth). Communication with Barbara the owner was easy.
