Superb hotel next to Boulders Beach! We stayed a night at Boulders Beach Hotel and very much enjoyed it! The proximity to the beach was fantastic and allowed us early access to the penguins, just a few steps away. The hotel staff was super friendly, the rooms cozy and clean. Really, a special hotel! Can only recommend it!

All was great. 2 things to point out though : we gave our clothes for laundry and they must have dried it at too hot temperature because my partner's cotton polo shirts came back 3/4 of its original size. The bathroom does not drain easily and you end up ankle deep in water when you shower and also it the window in the bathroom lets wind in and it makes it uncomfortable when you shower specially when it is windy, rainy and cold outside.

Breakfast was not included in the price but here was a dining room with microwave and cutlery hot water, tea and coffee. The staff was nice and very helpful. The place has a great location and you can walk along the pathway along the beach and see all the penguins. you can even see them in the parking area.

Amazing little hotel with friendly staff. Perfect overnight stay for our family of five in the Seaview family self-catering unit. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, quality linen and well equipped kitchenette. The view is stunning! We enjoyed a few walks to the beach along the pathway to the right of the parking lot in front of the hotel, where our vehic

The only eating facility at the hotel closes at 4 45. Uber is not reliable enough this far out. Walking after dark is not comfortable. So you go to bed hungry.

Loved the location just on the Boulder beach- this way we had a chance to see more penguins and simply walk over to the main ticket office early on. The accommodation was super comfortable with a small kitchen and extra facilities to make a lovely cup of tea.

I found the curio shop a little lacking in freshness and appeal, ie looked like the displays had been there forever. Could do with some tlc.

I loved the upbeatness and vibe of this cute hotel. Despite being a tourist hub, I still felt like it to be a restful and peaceful venue with great energy. Your eggs benedict are to die for.

Bedsheet and linen were neat and clean but need to do some checking on the dinnerwares / everything inside the kitchenette.

Great location, it's next to Boulder beach.. They also have good sized family room which suits me very well. Food is great too although it's not included in the room rate which is served from a restaurant just in front of the reception.

The shower water temp didn't work properly, at all. There was one mirror in the bathroom, which was located in the middle of the shower wall, so not very convenient when trying to shave.

The location was fabulous, as was breakfast.

No nothing I did not like, everything in the hotel is perfect, all rooms were well sorted-out for me and my friends and our family-members, all keys were well arranged in our rooms and all service details were eco-friendly and the point is, the hotel offers guests the best sea-view.

I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast in the hotel, but it all satisfied me that once I checked in at the reception, was told that time for breakfast is serving from 8:00 to 11:00, this is more than I had expected and customer-friendly.

Difficulty in parking, but that's because of the location right by the beach, so it's understandable, especially over a hot weekend in February.

Being a small hotel, it felt a lot more friendly than other hotels. Good location.

The breakfast and teas/coffees were expensive to what was provided. If offering breakfast it would have been good to have tea/coffee in china not takeaway cups. The guest parking did not work.

The atmosphere in the lounge is very home from home and welcoming. The external deck was very pleasant to sit and look at the ocean. It was nice to see art displayed.

Nice location, close to the penguins. And don't worry about the safety of your car - the best p-guard you'll ever come across, Blackie Chan, is standing by to watch over your vehicle ;)

Two very minor remarks, the rooms dont have aircon, so it can be quite warm during the night. And the other small point, as I didnt have a car, I couldnt really reach any Restaurants nearby (closest was the Seaforth restaurant ca 800 Meter away).

Such a very cute and well maintained hidden gem directly at Boulders beach. The vibes are just the relaxing, easy going beach vibes you wish for. In the evening you See penguins walking across the parking. You have sea view from the café which offers delicious little snacks, coffee and softdrinks during the day (closes at 5pm). In less than 2 minutes you are at the Boulders beach entrance, so you can easliy enjoy an early morning swim (possibly with penguins) or an early evening swim before the day ends. I would highly recommend to stay a couple of nights there and Just enjoy the amazing atmosphere and nature.
